Wanting to do a bike ride through Ubud, I took my 60-something parents on the ebike Ubud Tour. It was fantastic, giving you a real taste of Balinese village life while also stopping off a key local sites (without being super touristy). You get a great feel for the area. Using e-bikes rather than regular bikes meant that you could pedal when you wanted, or simply get the helping hand you needed from the electro motor- this was excellent when going up some of Ubud’s steep hills!). My mother was extremely worried about the tour- given she hadn’t been on a bike for years- but the level of service provided was exceptional. The team did an excellent job in reassuring her and ensuring her comfort while at the same time providing a great service to the whole group. They changed her route as necessary and ensured the more experienced riders weren’t held back. A special thanks to Gusti who went above and beyond to ensure she (and as a result all of us!) had a great time. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Ubud!

This was an amazing way to see Bali from a roadside perspective. These bikes hammer, so go easy on the throttle. One of our mates lost control and ended up in a rice field within minutes.. and yes she was badly bruised and scraped up.. however, the positive about this is that we got to see E-bike crew in first hand emergency mode.. they were awesome, caring and had the back up to support the situation. Support buses were comfy. Lots of back up bikes and crew..
There were several small groups staggered across the riders..
Please don't forget that you are 'riding'a bike and you will fatigue. The ride was quite long over diverse terrain.
Don't let that put you off. The buggy buses are great and you can always hop aboard and rest the ride out on the bus. We had a group of 4. Only one of our group finished the ride.

Dear Ebike Team. Thank you sooooo much for most amazing experience we just had. It provides a choice of being effortless or being challenging, depending on what you chose it to be. As you can either use it as bicycle or “motorbike” at any point of time. Everybody in the team is extremely helpful, friendly and very very professional. After this tour I have a feeling I read a book about local culture and traditions. Above all, it can be quite challenging to get teenager to visit site seeings, especially when it is really hot. And adding this experience of “almost riding a real motorbike”, while actually bicycling gave my daughter, who is 13 years old, a lot of new perspectives to the tour and ability to say to her friends that she actually bicycled 16km ;-)... once again, thank you very much for everything and I hope to see you all again to make couple of more trips around this beautiful island. We both wish you a successful growth of your incredible business, which indeed doesn’t cut corners and provides just excellence! ❤️

It was such an amazing experience. Everything was organised very well , our guide was very nice and sweet and we had good quality electric bikes which made the trip very easy. We went through the beautiful rice fields and terraces without any tourists around us so we took great pics. We ended up having a lovely lunch in a small pleasant restaurant. I would recommend it to anyone visiting Ubud and want to escape from the traditional tours.
