Came back nine months after our first great visit, so much downgrade in the quality. Spots on bedsheet, broken flush, etc.

We also had to take longer walk and some stairs up to the swimming pool (the poolside area was closed for a private event) just to found out that the swimming pool was being cleaned. There was no notice (until later) and the many staff whom we asked direction to the pool also were not aware. After we complained, they did offer to take us to an affiliate hotel to use the swimming pool which is appreciated but we didn't feel to get in Bandung weekend's traffic.

The upside - beside the great location - was the breakfast. They provide many variety of delicious traditional desserts/snacks - as Bandung famous for.

So i was staying in this hotel on 9 Feb - 10 Feb 2017..
Wi-Fi connection was really suck! I told the staff about this matter, and it still suck until i check out from this hotel..
And the towel was so dirty.. the WC water would not stop in my room so it always run.

When i came to check in servise is to long and the new rule that we have to deposit idr 200.000 for roo, key is nonsense.andwhen i want to use the lift to 7th floor only 1 lift is available . Another lift they turn off at evening time.

the lights in the room are a little dim, not enough lighting. the WC water would not stop in my room so it always run. the food servings for breakfast are not that warm. the wifi in the room is free but it is not very strong.

Room Tip: open all lights. wifi at the end of the bed side

Sorry to say but I'm just telling the truth. The room is very damp and smelly and not to mention spooky. I need to move room twice, first bcos the ac is broken, second bcos the room is smelly. The hallway is creepy and dimly lit.
No fridge in the room, i saw some ants crawling on the bar table.
No table for putting ur luggage.
Overall sucks!!! For real.
Oyea one more, the elevator is often broken so we need more time to just travel between floors
