I can't say enough about the experience we had at Villa Alice Caesarea. The house is absolutely gorgeous.
Villa Alice is not far from the Dan Caesarea. It is a 5 minute (or less) drive to the port where there are amazing restaurants and shops overlooking the Mediterranean and ancient Roman ruins to explore. The house is situated in an upscale residential area in Caesarea. There is a locked gate which leads to the house. On our arrival the owner met us, since our flight was late he took the time to buy us some groceries which was so thoughtful.
The house interior is spectacular. Beautiful, new, comfy furniture. Kitchen with all the amenities. There is a beautiful master suite on the ground floor which overlooks the pool. Gorgeous bathroom with an all-glass wall looking into an enclosed bamboo garden. There are three bedrooms upstairs with their own bathrooms. Each had a nice shower/tub. The entire house is air-conditioned.
Outside is a pool, which has an approximate depth of 3.5 feet in the shallow end. This overlooks lime and olive trees. We spent most afternoons in the pool. There is a jacuzzi as well, though, it was too hot outside for us to want to use it.
Service was exceptional-- We only had two minor issues (both our fault), yet Brian was over in a heartbeat. One was when we realized we didn't have converters for US plugs, and within minutes Brian brought us two. A second time I locked our passports in the safe by accident and he came right over to unlock it.
A word of caution- if you have very little kids, the house has hard stone/marble floors throughout and there is no fence around the pool.
Overall this was an excellent experience and tops our Israel stays which were at the Dan Caesarea and other homes. I would recommend this place to anyone with a family who is coming to this area in Israel.

We spent a weekend at Villa Alice in May. This stunning contemporary designed open plan 4 bd (each with ensuite) house is luxurious and very spacious. The focal point of the house is the extraordinary 17m pool (note to parents of young children - it doesn't have a pool fence so we were always supervising!). We were in the pool all weekend. Alice and Brian were very gracious hosts. We didn't want for anything, provided all linen, and even wonderful pool toys. We hosted lunch for our extended family on Saturday and everybody had a wonderful time. We look forward to booking again next year!
