A hotel with beautiful rooms located in my favorite area of Tel Aviv Old Jaffa Port. We went to Tel Aviv one day earlier than originally planned and booked the room last minute. We had a spacy nice decorated well-equiped room at a reasonable price. The bed was very cosy, there were two covers and although it is located in a busy area the room was very quite and we slept very well. I wish we stayed there during our whole visit and hadn't booked another hotel in the city center which was horribly noisy.
Additionally the Margosa has some parking spaces for guests which is a serendipity in Tel Aviv. The only downside for me was that the breakfast consisted mainly of salads, roasted vegetables and other food you would expect for lunch. I wish they would offer continental breakfast as well. The staff was very friendly and ready to help. There was a coffee machine, infused water and fruits available for free. We had dinner at the Urbano which was just around the corner among other nice restaurants and bars.

We came all the way from Miami FL to get married in Israel. We decided to stay at the Margoza hotel for our wedding night. I also stayed here the night before so I can get ready for the wedding. Wow what a great place to stay. First of all the hotel is very unique and pretty in the heart of jaffa city which is also a great location for wedding photography! Second the room was fabulous and the staff was very nice and friendly. Excellent customer service. The breakfast was great too! We absolutely enjoyed every minute there and highly recommend this hotel!

Loved staying here. Very friendly and accommodating hotel. Excellent Isreali breakfast with new foods each morning.
Some noise out the windows at night but that's part of the charm and its location!
Spacious rooms and nice comfy sheets.

I like this hotel. The staff are very friendly and service oriented, it is within walking distance of most of the key locations in Tel Aviv, and most importantly the buffet breakfast is fab! May be the best breakfast buffet I have had, including 5 star hotels! Plus they change the menu every day.

Admittedly the hotel is a bit older and the rooms are not particularly modern, but they are clean and thoughtfully arranged.

The staff were welcoming, efficient and treated with kindness. Great breakfast and snacks, drinks were available if we had to wait. The rooms were nicely decorated. Wonderfully comfortable beds. Definitely a place I’ll return to and recommend to friends.

Stayed: November 2017
