We stayed here for two nights in Feb.,2015 and were very pleased. The room and bath were large and very clean. The room was very Spartan, as you would expect at a kibbutz. The hotel is 3 miles from town. It has free Wi-Fi in the room. The food was very good; a nice selection of fresh fruits, vegetables, chicken and beef.

the hotel is on a kibbutz. the staff was really professional and efficient really polite. they have a small gym and a really big pool its really nice although at certain times of the day those facility's are reserved for either men or woman only. the area is very country like although your about fifteen minutes from teveria. there are three wings to the hotel each one is a different quality and price. we stayed in the eden rooms which is the middle level everything was really new really comfortable and really beautiful and really clean. they had amenities in the bathroom. nice beds comfortable couch was great room safe nice sized room. we were there on Saturday which is shabbat they have three meals besides breakfast Friday night sat lunch and late afternoon food was great and plentiful. i had a really positive experience at this hotel i would definitely stay there again

Room Tip: there are three levels make sure you know which on your getting the eden rooms were just renovated

Just checked out of the Kibbutz Lavi Hotel after a 3-night stay. The staff were friendly, courteous & helpful and even gave us a complimentary tour of the Kibbutz. Food was tasty & plentiful. I stayed in an "Eden" Room which was newly renovated. There are lower categories of rooms which are more simple (& cheaper) but the difference in level is well worth the few extra $$$. Will definitely, be back...

I arrived at the Kibbutz Lavi after a long walk from Nazareth. This was the hotel the Jesus Trail organizers had booked for me. Upon arrival I was given a room in the older section of the hotel. It was clean but tired looking -- About as worn out as I felt.

So I sent back down and paid for an upgrade to the newer section. It had a balcony and a freshness to it. Now that I'm reading the reviews I think the variable nature is explained in large part by the difference between the old and newer wings.

I had dinner and breakfast there. Both are buffet style. The food isn't stand-out, but it's solid. The salads especially are quite good. As is the excellent coffee cafe next to the reception area. The one cappuccino made with milk from the Kibbutz's dairy was really one fabulous drink.

The bathroom was new, but the shower had one of those 1/2 glass doors. So be aware. The floor can get soaked.

Room Tip: Definitely pay for a room in the newer section.

It is a clean hotel with good showers. No amenities in bathrom, not even tissues (kleenex). Por quality towels and sheets. Tiny beds. Not comfortable. Not recommendable.
It seems there are rooms in a wing with elevators, mne had to go through stairs and not accesible for bags with reels.
Food ok.
