Friendliest staff you’ll ever meet and really superb facilities. Would 100% recommend - the manager of the guest house will tell you everything you need to know about what to do and where to eat in Nazareth.

As soon as we walked in the welcome was warm & immediate. Professional but with a quirky character. The rooms are kept simple, clean & have everything you need.
The location is very near to the centre where you can catch buses, eat in the many restaraunts & drink tea. I would say the main draw for this place are the staff who couldn’t be more helpful, entertaining, charming & kind.... highly recommended.!!

Room Tip: Remember to share you want a twin room before you book if traveling as friends, not a couple.

Exactly as advertised ! With Guest Homes one is never quite sure, but Al Mutran lives up to its promise.

This lovely little place is bang in the centre of the old city, walking distance from major attractions AND great restaurants. The square where the Guest house is located is actually very quiet, and rooms overlook the old city without traffic noise.

The staff - Odeh the manager cum bell boy cum cook - and his lovely assistants - took great care of us.

The overall feeling is like living with a Arab family for a few days in their 200 year home.

Remember - this is a Guest Home, not a Hotel. So rooms and bathrooms are smaller, not as fancy and shiny. But the place is clean and bathrooms are new. And decorated in a very homesy style.

A few points to note :
There is a big climb to the best rooms (recommended) and the 2nd and 1st floor, tough with luggage. But there are a few rooms on the GF also.

Parking in the old city is a problem (as everywhere !). But there’s enough parking a few hundred yards away comfortable walking. Taking a taxi is much more convenient.

If old homes with plenty of character are your thing, this is a good place to come.

We were travelling with a group and arrived to a very warm welcome. The house is 200 years old and delightful. There are lots of different sitting areas and a balcony on the top floor looking out over Nazareth. The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast varied and delicious. Omelette is a specialty and it is hard to refuse one!
