The location is good but with long slopping road to approach to hotel. I wait for more than 30 mins to wait for the staff to help us for checking-in. I arrive at mid-night, they need to spend a very lot time to check my reservation. During checking, the staff is not polite. Their staff don't have good communication, they forget what we ask them for assist booking. The steam bath is no longer functional. There is not enough cupboard. NO one to clear up the kitchen, the bad smell is very strong.
We need to take the early morning at 0800 flight return to HK, that's why we informed the front desk staff one night in advance, asked them to assist us to call the taxi to the airport. However, there is no one to remember to call the taxi. It is not easy to find taxi to aiport at the early morning. Hopefully, we could find taxi by ourself, otherwise we will miss the flight.
The most anger issue is the staff don't assist us to solve their misstake, they only asked us to try another methode. I am sure I won't stay at this kind of hotel any more.More
