Stayed there for 3d 2n. Got a room with 1 queen bed and 1 single bed. Big and spacious. Breakfast wasn't that good. Dining area was small, hard to find seat and too crowded especially if everybody is having breakfast. Otherwise, great room. You asked them as well to call a taxi going to the airport. Nearby Busan tower and the park. Few minutes walk to the train. Convenience store were available nearby the hotel.

1. Front desk staffs were not friendly (except one guy)
2. Guests have to cook/prepare their own breakfast. Ventilation is bad as the kitchen has oily smell when someone cooks. Kitchen utensils are old and insufficient. Needs to be added and upgraded as there were only 2-3 spoons, forks, butter knives which was not sufficient for so many guests. There is no refill of soya sauce for the 5 days I was there.
3. No cupboard to hang clothes - a cupboard for hanging clothes should be added to the room.
4. Toilet doors is transparent. Should have a blind as option for non-couple guests.
5. Remote control - all in Korean language!!! should have label in English as not all guests can read in Korean language!
6. Bad experience at the end of the stay as we booked cab via the front desk a day before check-out but the next day, another worker on duty told us we didn't make any bookings. He tried calling 2 persons but failed to get us a cab. However, he did not even apologize and show any effort to help (but only showing us a very long frustrated face)! He just told us no booking therefore no cab.

It was raining and we had no choice but to drag our luggage and bags to the main road but couldn't get a cab. Finally, we had to go through the whole ordeal to get to the airport via train in a rush hour & rush speed mode! Thankfully we didn't miss our flight! We have to suffer due to their mistake/communication problem!

6. There was construction nearby the hotel - it was very noisy.

The staff in the hotel for the midnight shift is rude. We asked him in the morning around 7 whether he can help us to call a taxi the next day morning so that we can take taxi to the airport and he gave us the 'unwilling to help us' face and call for us. And I booked the hotel for RM261 and he wanted to collect cash and instead of RM261 he charged us for around RM280 and told us that the room is with this price not RM261. and the way he told us is rude like we make a big mistakes and added trouble to him. This is the same staff!

1. How to get to Elysee/ travel around:
We are budget travelers. On the arrival day, we took subway (W1,900 per person per way) from Gimhae airport to Nampo station, exit 7 via Yongdusan Park (taking 4 escalators) as we lugging 28” baggage to reach Elysee.
On shopping day (using subway as option), we choose Gwangbok underground shopping exit 5, to reach Elysee (shorter walking distance compared Nampo subway, exit 7).
2. Room is with window and spacious with sauna & steam bath facilities, plus bath tub. Room is still spacious after two 28” luggages are open. Toothbrush & toothpaste were not provided. Make sure you bring them.
3. Elysee provide no wardrobe but 2 hangers. Bring yourself should you need more.
4. Bed is very very hard.
5. Air-con is noisy. Even we changed from room #302 to #305, the least noisy in the hotel.
6. Very basic breakfast, e.g.: toast, milk, cereal, orange juice... you may cook noodle, fried egg, etc. just help yourself. Kitchen ventilation is bad. Your cloths will smell grease and smoke. There is a coffee machine.
7. Water dispenser is available at lobby.
8. Laundry facilities available at 3rd floor. But it is without dryer. Soap W1,000 can be purchased from Elysee. However, lack of place to dry cloths.
9. The helpdesk are not informative enough to guide us to Gijang Market. They are lack of knowledge neither on how to take bus to major destination, nor the economic way to visit Busan. I am lucky that I managed to get information from previous owner, and cross checking some new info with him.
10. You can ask helpdesk to get taxi (who charge fare according to meters) from hotel to airport.

Room Tip: higher floor than 3rd floor.

Staying for 5 nights the second time. Location is good though it would be difficult to locate for first time visitor. Spacious and quiet room with basic breakfast. Washing machine is free to use but you have to bring your own detergent or buy from the hotel. The room is basically clean except for some occasions I found long hairs not belonging to us on the towels.
