Our group stayed here 3 separate times before/after our Kili climb and safari. It is a very good, affordable, reliable option. Located about 1.5 hrs from JRO depending on time of day, and in a quiet, out of the way area of Arusha. If you want to be in the centre of town this location is not for you but if you want a clean, calm retreat it is perfect.

Rooms are simple but comfortable and have good air con. Staff was great and always helpful. There is a beautiful garden to sit outside and read or visit with a huge family of bunnies! There is a full service restaurant and a great breakfast included with your stay. For lunch or dinner the carrot ginger soup is excellent and the pizzas very good.

Climb Kili office is inside the hotel and that is very convenient. They will do your Kili briefing right in the lobby and also help you organize any other outings. Super convenient!

Room Tip: Only the rooms closest to lobby get WIFI.

We only stayed for 2 nights with Climb Kili (they have offices in the hotel). The staff was very friendly and it was an excellent way to stay in touch with our climb and safari company. Would recommend the hotel even if you aren't staying with Climb Kili. We also enjoyed the food - carrot ginger soup, open lasagna, and pizza. P.S. Loved the dozens of bunnies outside in the front lawn.

This hotel is the hub for the company Climb Kili. It's situated down a long dirt road off the main road. The main road is under construction and should be great when completed. The hotel has a nice security gate as you enter to the lobby. You need a vehicle to get around the area is not s true shopping area. The company provides your transport. The staff are very nice and helpful you are greeted with a welcome juice. They have 60 rooms in a modern building. The rooms are clean and simple. The bathrooms have plenty of hot water. They provided toiletries, plenty of toilet paper, and blow dryers there is air conditioning . The maids have no problem cleaning the room and giving new yield upon request. The restaurant is good and in dollars. I liked the salads and soup the most. Climb Kili has their on site contact person on duty if you need anything from Caroline. She is very helpful.

We stayed here prior to our climb and it was very convenient. Our room was a twin room and comfortable for what we needed. The shower drain was not great as it is poorly positioned - hence water pools over the floor, but other than that the room was great.
The food I chose was excellent but some of our group had a few issues. Service was good and the evening/night receptionist was awesome - though I can't remember his name. We left our valuables and money at the hotel during our climb, the staff happily locked it in the hotel safe and gave a receipt, and we had no problems with anything missing on our return.

The place is like an oasis, with very kind staff, good rooms, great breakfast and restaurant. Wi-fi does not reach the rooms and it would be nice to have more entertaining options, like a swimming pool, to the guests.

Room Tip: Take a room close to reception to have a wi fi
