The hotel is more like a villa that has separate rooms in side. But it is well separated that not disturb other rooms. There is also pool, nice though not big. The hotel is not the high class hotel but it does worth the price. Clean bed, bathroom.

This resort is set out amongst gardens with rooms in separate little buildings scattered around the pool. It is quiet and a great place to bring families. The rooms are large with plenty of space for little children to play inside.

The WiFi is weak at best and mostly non-existant. The resort is located out of town on the airport road, so having private transport is needed.

We stayed at the Teak Garden Spa Resort for one night and going by the previous reviews and the actual resort, we were expecting Thai hospitality. But the place is very average in terms of hospitality. The rooms are beautiful and spacious with lovely greenery outside the windows but the washroom left a lot to be expected. The shower was in pathetic condition with water coming in varied directions; the washroom had mosquitoes which is common for a green place like this resort but they should have repellants in the rooms to tackle this. There was no shower gel or moisturiser. Just 2 small soaps and a shampoo bottle. The breakfast buffet timings are 6-9 which again is horrid for a vacation spa resort but we were there by 8:30 and still all the foodstuff was cold including fried eggs which is tough to eat cold! Overall, the resort needs to work on their hospitality bit to match their overall standard and ratings.

This hotel is a boutique style hotel, very confortable, close to the Airport and very cosy. I like very much the decoration, and the style of the rooms. It's a little bit out of the city center so don't choose this one if you want to be in the city center but you can choose it for is beautiful garden, and nice staff.

The Food is not a master point in this hotel.

Room Tip: Choose a room not far from the lobby to avoid the walk.

We stayed here for two nights the grounds look fantastic nestled away in rice fields. The "resort" was nice and the pool looked good the rooms are very good big clean and spacious. The dinner buffet at 7 was good 250 baht per person but when checking in we were not informed of this and other guests ordered meals from the menu to then see a buffet come out 20 mins after ordering. Now comes the but. There are mosquitoes everywhere. You cannot escape them granted you are in rice fields however around the outdoor dinning and pool there are no deterrents. The staff are very friendly however when checking in the staff at reception speak pretty much no English. The dinning staff actually understand more. This became very frustrating when trying to order a taxi and ask if they have luggage storage. We needed to store our luggage as we were doing an overnight trek and I am unsure if it was lost in communication or if they just don't offer this service. The location is close to the airport but very far away from Chiang rai. There really is nothing to do but sit by the pool or in your room it is not within walking distance to anything, All in all I might stay here again if I had a one day stop over for a connecting flight.
