Spend a night on a weekend at the place and was highly motivated to write a review. I had picked the hotel from an endless list of budget hotels in Hua Hin. Upon arrival I had been slightly discouraged to proceed to enter. The location directly at the busy main road. Anyway the entry is in the back of a small lane and all of a sudden a quite hotel pops up. Staff at reception are attentive and helpful. Thai smiles, just excellent. But staff in general is pretty good at that place. The rooms are freshly renovated, extremely spacious and clean. Can‘t help it, felt like in an operation theatre. I did some decoration with my belongings to get over that odd feeling . Breakfast is included in the deal. Well, there‘s Father Ted‘s an Irish Pub serving Breakfast round the corner. Even so, the coffee is ok. Check out is at a comfortable 2pm. But heading back to Bangkok on a Sunday by then - no way!
Will I come back to the place? At least I know what to expect.

Stayed here with a few friends before the Centara Masters started on the 10th May. Excellent value for money, friendly staff, great location. The ladies at the front desk are brilliant. Highly recommend

Another visit which did not disappoint. A lovely friendly smaller hotel in an excellent location. The only slight downside on this occasion was the breakfast which wasn't always up to its previous high standard however, this was largely due to the lack of guests. Can highly recommend and will return - sadly it is full for our next visit in September.

Room Tip: The larger deluxe rooms are a very good size

Stayed here for 4 nights at beginning of May, checked in early without issue by 2 lovely receptionists Lemon and May, I had a room on the 5th floor with balcony which was immaculately clean, had a safety deposit box , fridge , telephone and tv . Room was cleaned daily with fresh towels and toiletries supplied. The hotel has a small pool on rooftop which has a number of sunbeds around it and it’s a great sun trap. I had daily breakfast in the restaurant and I must compliment the staff there also for their hospitality, breakfast doesn’t have a fantastic amount of choices but was ample for myself, I would definately stay at this hotel again , it’s a great location centrally and is very reasonably priced, a special mention to night staff receptionist Kie Kie who has a great personality and had a good laugh with, look forward to seeing you all again next year.

Lovely room, decent breakfast & very friendly staff.
Lovely small rooftop pool with great views.
Bintabat area about 6 minutes walk away. Nice little bar 5 yards down on the right hand side as you leave the hotel. Sell nice red wine by the glass ideal for a nice chill out before you hit the noise of Bintabat.
Will definitely be returning.
