I went there as a group of friend. Reception staff were very friendly. I stayed in a garden view duplex room. It was a very good experience. There are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, and kitchen. Although it was not luxurious, it was clean and very spacious. It is excellent for a family traveler. The included breakfast was also great. There is also a pool. We had a great fun there. There is also a beach, right behind the hotel. Beach here are not crowded like the one near the If you plan to go to Vana Nava water park, this is the place to stay. You can actually walk there, it is very close.

The downside is that the hotel is not on the main road. If you don't have your own car, you will need to walk a little bit. Also, it is a little far from the city center.

Judging by the price, beach, room, location, and staff, I give this hotel a 4/5.

Room Tip: If you go as a family or group, take the duplex room. It is much better.

We have booked an "Ocean Duplex" room. It ideal for family, room are big, two floors with 2 double beds and 2 single beds. Beds were clean and comfortable. There's a corner pantry in room, hotel also provided microwave, electric kettle and dinnerware, big outside balcony with dinning table, we got ocean and swimming pool view .
Beach is not really nice but good enough for beach walking, a swimming pool is nice.

The bath room of 2nd floor is good but the other one of 1st floor is really tiny. There only one hair dryer in master bes room, that is not enough for. Hotel is quite but it quite far from main road. Breakfast buffet was fine.

We had booked a 100sqm room, but the one we got was probably more like 70sqm unless U include the terrace and garden in front. It had 2 showers/bathrooms but only warm water in one of them. It took maintenance 4 days and 2 complaints to fix it, but still no hot water in the sink. So we gave that up.
The beds was firm and actually to hard to our liking's as we are soft bed sleepers. They did shift the linens twice a week in our room though, and overall cleanliness was good.
Free bottled water every day in the room was nice.
Breakfast had the usual variety, and a small buffet. Unfortunately the buffet-food got cold very quickly and I had a warm dish only 3 times in two weeks. Coffee was good though.
Outdoor area was clean and tidy, and all the wild cats and kittens didn't pose any threat.
Staff was very polite and service-minded, although only a few spoke reasonable English to serve simple service needs. Not on a conversational level.
Pool-area was nice and had a fairly big pool where exercise-swimming was nice. It had a separate toddler-pool. Sunbeds with mattresses and available towels made the pool-area the best part of our stay.
The beach is long and nice, but without any sunbeds/-chairs or service at all. And from the gate at the hotel, we had to cross a sesspool (?) to get to the beach. No way around it. It didn't smell, but was clearly sewage (at least partly).
So the children didn't use the beach at all. And me only two times for a walk. Not to lay down for tanning. It had posters warning of jellyfish all over the beach, which made it even less appealing to go for a swim in the ocean. Some still did it though. Hotel was quite a walk away from the main street, and U had to use a tuk-tuk (open taxi @ 150bath fixed) to get to the city center and the shopping mall.
Are we satisfied with our stay? Not really.
Will we come back? NO!

Room Tip: No elevators, so maybe choose a ground floor appartment

We staied here in July and had most of the hotel and beach for ourselves, together with locals. The hotel and breakfast is average but is situated close to the beach and with parking facilities. Some of the rooms are big, two floors and 6 beds and ideal for larger familes with children. Cooking facilities. Swimming pool was fine, but pool-bar lacked service. 10 min walk to the street with restaurants and shops. If you are looking for a quiet place this is an affordable option.

We stayed in the suite room (block A) right next to the spa (worth a visit the girls are brilliant) the room was spacious, clean and towels, soaps toothbrushes etc provided. I stayed here with my partner and two year old, I was later joined by my family who stayed in the garden view room, I'd like to add it says it sleeps up to four people, but up stairs there's two bedrooms with double beds and downstairs with another double bed...
The staff here were very friendly, and the place is kept clean. It's right next to the night market, literally round the corner, and right outside the hotel there's taxis willing to take you out and about for about 100 baht.
It was quiet when we where there so basically had the pool to ourselves, occasionally joined by afew others. By the pool/beach there's a restaurant serving only pizzas and burgers etc no thai food, but there's Street food etc not far from the hotel either. Breakfast was included which was sausage, eggs, pancakes, rice, noodles, rice porridge, cereal , fruit etc however the breakfast room (by reception) was constantly swarmed with wasps, which put me off. We went for a walk on the beach, saw afew jellyfish (there's signs everywhere warning about jellyfish) just got to keep an extra eye on the littles ones if u choose to go for a play on the beach, there's water sports available (banana boats etc) it was just what we wanted afew days to chill by the pool! The room was cleaned daily and free bottles of water provided (in the suite rooms your provided with a microwave and kettle) there's a children's play area and a play room, we never needed to visit the play room though as the little one loved the pool so much. We would deffo come here again, thanks for a great stay!
