Well, It's a bridge over a nice river. It's a must see location in this city. Surprisingly not so overcrowded as I was expected it total be (been there in the afternoon). A good place to take a nice picture of the river as well.

This bridge is amazing and the history behind gives you goosebumps. The market stalls around the bottom of the bridge are fab. We walked along the bridge to the temple on the other side.

Stunning place to visit and see the location of this historical railway. We walked along the railway even though a train is still actively running as a tourist attraction!
Plenty of food and drinks available around the area as well.
Also some temples around the area all within a short walk!
Definitely worth a visit !

One can walk over the bridge and back. If a train passes just step aside and wait a minute. During weekends there are many local visitors.

Unfortunately we picked wrong tour company to visit otherwise would have been better. Must say that the meaning has been truly lost and not understood by 90% of those visiting the site and be prepared for lots of people, therefore hard to genuinely reflect in any peace. May be better if staying in town and visiting early morning or after train leaves.
