Stayed 4 nights and had a lovely time. Compare with other hotels, this one is the best in our trip. Staff are nice, especially "Mr. Thiti", thank you for your help and the arrangement. Breakfast is good, many choice and foods are fresh. Rooms are new, everything is more than OK. Central Festival Phuket is near not far away, we go there not more than 5 mins. Next time we must come here with my children to enjoy the hoildays.

Hiding in the beautiful mountain jungle of Phuket is this peaceful new resort.
Beautiful rooftops facing fantastic view covered with grass and cosy chairs to hang out, a refreshing pool spilling right into the jungle, and cosy balconies to refresh at the end of the day.
Wonderful hospitality by the owner and the team, welcoming, assisting, and eager to expose their guests to the local culture.
Would highly recommend for families who want to escape the hustle of the beach area, for couples, and for workshop organizers who look of a retreat in the mountains of Phuket.

Room tip: Ask for a room facing the view on the 3rd floor

Its a beautiful chic hotel situated away from the hustle and bustle of the city. We had a relaxing 3 days stay at this hotel. The staff were very helpful and were very prompt in delivering their service. We would also like to thank the hotel owner and GM for their wonderful hospitality. I would recommend this hotel for anyone and its totally worth the price. (Great value + nice rooms + excellent service) Just go for it!

Room tip: Rooms with the terrace view

We arrived here after a long journey and was immediately welcomed by the hotel. Hotel is on a hill with a great view. The staff is really kind especially Jern who helped us a lot especially arranging our transport. The manager personally checked on us to see if we were checked in and comfortable. He was very helpful in all ways and provided a very personal level of service. Even dropped us to town when no ride was available. We met the owner of the hotel as well who like the manager is a very friendly person. He was bit surprised to find a group from Maldives staying there. Was very helpful in recommending what to see and where to eat since we had very few days. Him too is very much involved in all the things in the hotel even in the kitchen serving to the hotel guests. Thai hospitality at its best.
Hotel is a short ride away from most of the happening sights of Phuket. It is located in a quite place away from the hustle and bustle.

Although people are reluctant to try newly opened hotels, Terrazzo is a MUST go hotel. It is very suitable for people who want to get away from all the noise in Patong and enjoy a peaceful and relaxing stay (if you want to enjoy the night life in Patong, it is only 10-15 minutes away by car). Also, the facilities here is first-class. There is a gym to keep up with your fitness needs, a nicely-situated swimming pool to relax in after a hard day's tour and a lounge to immerse yourself in. Not only are the facilities here first-class, the staff here is first-class too. They are very friendly, always have a big smile on their face and, most importantly, extremely resourceful - whether it is about the different tour companies or even creating a new road-trip tour tailored to your liking just for you. Lastly, it is situated right adjacent to a Seafood restaurant, which provides delicious authentic Thai cuisine. Although Terrazzo is a new hotel, you will definitely not be disappointed by your stay here! Highly recommended!
