This hotel is not like 4 star hotel, its like only 2 star, the room floor is dirty, the bathroom also dirty, like they never cleaned up the room, there is no clue in the room, so i have to go around to check the place, there is no shuttle here (i see at agoda they have shuttle, but its not). There is no drinking water, compliment for the room, they just give us standard room like 2 star hotel, very not recommended, next time i will looking for another hotel. Thank you

I like this place. It is near Central Festival, Tiger Kingdom, Escape Hunt and the Night market in Kathu.

It is a quiet place, with pleasant staff.

My negatives would be the lack of variety in breakfast - had bacon and eggs 4 days in a row, and it is not easy for taxi drivers to find. A few small spiders were also found in the room.

Place is currently being renovated.

Ok for price, would recommend a short stay overall.

The boyfriend booked this for us to stay over the eve of Valentine's Day. He wanted somewhere beautiful and nice - and it sure was. Terrazzo is a remarkable gem, tucked away from the hustle and bustle, in a quiet area. We were greeted by a spectacular sunset and mountainous view right from our room, an inviting sheltered pool right by the tall trees, cute garden swings, bean bags and colourful flowers on the garden terrace.

Service at this family-run resort was commendable. We had booked room with King Sized bed but were given two Single beds. The pleasant-looking Thai-Chinese lady who showed us to our room was apologetic and quick to rectify this issue, and even personally changed the bed for us. She was also kind enough to carefully support me up the two flights of stairs upon noticing my injured leg and bad limp. Really appreciated that sweet gesture.

Breakfast was provided at the charming traditional hut of a restaurant just next door. A limited but satisfying range of options is provided (tip: go for the Omelette Breakfast, it was delish), and you can enjoy a relaxing, rustic first meal as you gaze into the brightly-lit forested area ahead.

It might be advisable to rent a car or scooter because it doesn't seem that accessible to get out from the resort. It's somewhat hilly and tucked deep inside, away from the main roads. Also, it is highly recommended that you spray sufficient amount of insect repellent before getting out of the hotel room to spend time at the cute garden terrace or swimming pool.

Room Tip: Request for room with mountain view - it's just so gorgeous

My husband and I stayed in this quiet, well appointed Hotel for 3 weeks 19/12-08/01/2014). Location is quiet but very central to reach Patong, Karon, Rawai or Chalong without difficulty. The room is very spacious with a gorgeous bed. The staff is friendly, especially the kind and generous host, Dr. Prasit Koysiripong. Thank you Dear Prasit, for becoming our family. We loved our stay in your wonderful hotel. We much appreciated your kindness, caring and humble heart and miss you dearly. with much love and appreciation, Piet and Liesie, South Africa

Room Tip: lower and floors makes the lounge, gym, pool and roof garden terraces more easily accessable
