We went by scooter which is always a good idea, we had enough time to walk around at our own pace, interesting facts about the point, fantastic views, a few shopping stalls and great for photos. Definately worth a visit

Well worth a trip any time of day, but sunset view is spectacular. It is a very popular place with limited parking so show up early to get a good spot.

It's the most southern part of Phuket and offers great views on every sunny day.

There's also a restaurant where I have been often for a sunset dinner with family and friends.

around 500 m before you reach the parking area there is a small street to the left guarding you to a hidden gem for most tourists of Promthep Cape, a bhudist temple with a small terrace to look to the ocean in privacy beside all the tourists at Promthep Cape
