Loved this museum and learned a lot about the area. They have done an excellent job with all their displays and there docents are very helpful and knowledgeable.

Cornwall Brothers is a small museum, but it is full of interesting items. My husband and I were escorted around by the gentleman who owns/runs it. There is a lot of Alexandria Bay's history here with everything from collectible decoys to an 1866 bank vault. Outside of the store, there is a beautiful view of Boldt Castle. It seems to be very active with different types of lectures and activities that are ongoing.

There is no charge, but there is a donation box if you should decide to give. It's worth it!

If you're a history buff, you will LOVE this little museum. Has the history of the Thousand Islands, boat races, and even shows a video of the old drag races they used to have around town. Volunteers are extremely knowledgeable and answered all our questions. This is a free attraction and if you have children it doesn't hurt to incorporate a little history in their vacation.

The oldest building in town on the river. Originally a general store, it is filled with artifacts, videos of town events from the 1930s, and priceless photographs.
