It’s sad to pay all this money to end up in a hotel that is considered as a 5 star hotel and not even renovated since 1994. The rooms are not nice at all . Looks cheap ! They don’t have enough employees you need to wait a lot to get served . They should hire more workers not leave it at the expense of the customers . Water and food is very expensive too because they know u don’t have the choice. The food was very good though and they have a lot of varieties . The beach was good as well . Pool
Is normal and you should pay extra to rent some places on the pool . PLEASE spend some money to renovate ur rooms !!!! The entrance is nice and well decorated . We asked the waiter for a tea ( trongeya) he said it’s hard there is no hot water ! This hotel for me is a 4 star hotel . I regret spending my money there ! Even the coffee Machine in the room was dirty. And the bed is not well done !

Although waterpool area is usually secured in hotels, especially 5* hotels, here you are not guaranteed to be protected. Our towels were stolen from the sunbeds near the waterpool while we were on the lunch. Personnel did not manage to help with security cameras (they said there were no any cameras around the waterpool) or with searching the towels or any other way. And we were charged for this, ok.
We asked how we can be guaranteed from being robbed (gadgets, room keys etc) while we are swimming. The answer was like "you cannot".
So the 5* hotel should be more concerned with the security in such strategical important areas. Very disappointed and not gonna back.
So take your belongings with you during the swimming

I had the pleasure to read your comment regarding hotel safety and i understand your disappointment.
In fact, I want to clarify three things:
Regarding the security in the hotel, we have the honor to be nominated from the internationa lsafehotels audit by the certificate Premium safehotels Alliance . We watch for the safety and comfort of our dear customers.
Then, at check in our guest relation colleague leads our guests and explains the internal procedure on the pool and on the beach.
Finally, to protect your belongings you can put them at the luggage service near the reception.

The beach was turned into a racetrack. Horses are tormented in the heat of the sun all day. Not educated, not giving rest, screaming riders. It seems that you are in a terrible market where horses are sold. Not very educated and with bad manners staff on the beach, and sexually preoccupied staring at women in swimsuits (like savages). It spoils all the rest
