THE BEST OF THE BEST!!!
Crazy time with the best animation team of all time! Very happy to be here and definitely will be coming back next time! Big thanks to the animators who made our vacation perfect!!!!

Hotel offers great value for money. Rooms have a bit older furniture, but are extremely clean. Staff is beautiful, such a nice, warm and kind people. Animation team is excellent. These guys are really doing a great job. Food is also great and with all inclusive service you really don't need to think about anything. If I should pick pick one bad thing, it would be a "problem" with ants. Some days they were a few of them in a room. Beach is great and very close to the hotel.
To sum it up, great value for money and i recommend it to everyone.

Room tip: first floor rooms are great

The worst hotel , i m so disappointed , the staff are so mean , a lot of noise you can't even sleep,you'll eat the same food for the whole vacation,some of the animation team are so bad with tunisians , so rude . I don't recommend this hotel to spend your vacation in , it's the worst ..

This was our first trip to Tunisia, our experience wasn't brilliant but I will come to that. The staff at the hotel are amazing - including the animation team -being the ONLY English couple in the hotel they could not do enough for us, every single person spoke to us ever day which was so nice a special thank you to Med at the pool bar, he was just brilliant and really funny!
The hotel needs a bit of TLC but considering the lack of tourism in the last few years its to be expected, The room was spacious but we had very poor air con which given the heat was needed, we asked for this to be looked at but nothing happened. We had clean towels and sheets every day but the bathroom smelt of urine - even before we'd spent a night in there - needed a good bleach! The food at lunchtime and evening was good, lots of variety and always really tasty - shame about some of the rude guests pushing people around, that has put me off going all inclusive again. The breakfast was VERY continental and not great, we lived on croissants and boiled eggs. there was an omelette station but the queue for that was 15 mins - needed more help on there. The beach is incredible and the beach bar/restaurant is fab, lovely to sit and eat lunch and watch the sea...my favourite part! The biggest issue we had and this NOTHING to do with the hotel, we booked through LOVE HOLIDAYS - we will never us them again. The holiday was advertised as All Inclusive but when we got there it was a SOFT all inclusive - NO alcohol, as a Brit this wasn't great news, the holiday company were close to useless it took 4 days and £200 in phone calls and my cards wouldn't work in the hotel!. They have agreed that they had made a mistake, I am now taking this through the CEO of Love Holidays.

So, all in all - lovely hotel - the weather was amazing and food was pretty good. There is also a Hard Rock Café at the entrance to the hotel - HIGHLY recommend this, we spent EVERY night in there, the staff were so lovely.

Room tip: Make sure you have air conditioning that works!

Pictures different from website
No air conditioning in the lobby
