We booked this hotel as a late deal and thought 5 star for the price we paid can't go wrong!!! How very wrong we were.
Firstly it is a two and a half journey from Antalya airport and when we arrived our coach couldn't be found. When we eventually got to hotel at 3am we weren't even greeted just got a form shoved under our nose to sign and barked at us for passports. Bellboy showed us to room showed us fridge, air con safe etc and we tipped him and he asked us for more as he wanted to buy a pizza....what at 3am. Cheek! The hotel looked untidy and there were a lot of drunk people mooching about and it was noisy. The hotel is in a really noisy part of this so called village which was more like Piccadilly Circus and the surrounding area and grounds can only be described as a dump! The food was monotonous ....chicken, chicken and more chicken and mostly cold at each meal. The staff were some of the rudest we have ever encountered on any holiday and we have visited Turkey on quite a few occasions but this side of Turkey prefers the Russian and German tourists and serve them first even if you are before them. The maid used to come in our room and turn our TV on to the radio station at full blast she must have been dicing because she certainly was not cleaning. She didn't even come 3 days out of 14 and we had to chase her for more toilet rolls. Staff at reception just looked at you and did not want to help with anything and staff in restaurant did not greet or smile at all but used to whip your plate from under your nose before you had even finished. Pool music was so noisy....loud booming rapping rubbish....think the staff thought it was an 18-30 holiday. The so called private beach had been destroyed by a storm early in the season and it was not safe.....they should have closed it off...also you had to go out of hotel down in lift walk across a road through a tunnel to the other side to be greeted by a dirty wrecked beach. I would never ever set foot in this hotel again if you paid me. The only saving grace of this holiday was the weather. We badly needed this break but came home more stressed than when we went. Do not venture to this resort unless you are Russian and German as they will not welcome you. We were not the only guests to complain every day there were many complaints.
Do not waste your money on this sham of a "Hotel " if you can call it that.

we spent 2 weeks here and i could have stayed longer. the hotel is fab. very clean, the pool is good size and kept beautifully clean, always plenty of sunbeds so need to get up at silly hour to place towels on them although some people still do, the food is good too always plenty choice and hot unlike most all inclusive. the drinks are good too. everything u need for a relaxing time in the sun. the rooms are good size and kept spotlessly clean by staff. all the staff are friendly and polite. the only bad thing i could find was the beach, wich was rather in a state but i heard that this was due to storm damage earlier in year so this could be improved upon, but all in all a fab place to stay and i would deffinately return.

My partner and I stayed at Diamond Hill Resort from 3rd. Oct. for 7 wonderful nights. Firstly it is a marathon journey from Antalya Airport but soo worth the trip. Set close to the beach which is private with food served most of the day. Secondly the food is really fresh hot and quite varied please don't expect English breakfast although eggs are freshly cooked straight onto your plate, lunches are super fresh crunchy salads with a choice of meats to have as well. Evening meals are a little bland for my taste but fresh and plenty of it. The desserts are to die for though. The pools are clean and there are plenty of sunbeds if that is what you want. Housekeeping are exceptional. We highly recommend this hotel to everyone families, couples and singles. Just go you won't regret it.

Room tip: we were in room 724 it's a side ocean view great cause you don't have that really hot noon sun baking the room.

Went to the Diamond Hill on the 28th September for 7 nights. Myself and my partner. My partner is a fussy eater and I can honestly say that there was nothing he did not try or eat. You could not fault the choice of foods they had. The whole hotel had a really nice feel about it. The area is lovely the only critism I have is that there was nothing to do in the evening as there was no shops or bars outside the hotel if you wanted to have a wonder. You get a bus or taxi to Antayla if you wanted to see a bit of life. A perfect place if you are a sun worshiper which I am not. I would recommend that you book your trips through Minster Tours they were absolutely fab. The Jeep Safari is a must so much fun and you see so much of the countryside. The rooms where cleaned every day. I would also reitrate what other guests have said about the fridge leave the cupboard door open so that it does not over heat. On the whole a lovely experience.
