Me and my wife stayed here in April over Easter and we had an excellent time. We were looking for a nice relaxing holiday (i.e. no sightseeing, activities etc.) so this area was perfect for us. However, Antalya is about 20 minutes by taxi away so there is some opportunity for those who want to do a bit of sightseeing.
The hotel is very modern both in looks and amenities. The sea/pool views are truly fantastic! Everything looks just as good if not better than it does in the pictures and brochures. The pools and the general outdoor area was immaculate and designed in such way to offer plenty of seclusion if one so wishes. The huge spa and the fully equipped gym were exactly as expected from a luxury and modern resort.
The rooms are perfect with everything you could ask for. The only two issues we had with the rooms is that there is no iron or ironing board (you cant rent one either so be prepared). There is a laundry service that can iron your clothes at extra cost. The other issue is that the pillows that are provided are terrible and obviously very cheap, which is a shame because the bed itself is very comfortable and huge!
It was our first all-inclusive holiday and it certainly wont be the last. The amount of food and drinks on offer was ridiculous! It was all top quality and we found no fault. There is always something for everyone, in addition to a different food theme every night. It was one of the highlights of our trip! We tried the a la carte restaurants as well and they were definitely worth the 10 euros extra per person. It was nice to be waited on a couple of times during the trip.
The entertainment was great and varied, with the staff always enthusiastic and ready to engage with any kids or adults. Plenty of activities were on offer every day and every night. The staff working at restaurants were always attentive and willing to have a laugh with the guests which gave a very pleasant atmosphere to the whole resort.
We would in particular like to mention Burak from the entertainment team who made our stay much more interesting and was always working hard to make everyone around him have fun. Onur from reception made our first day at the resort a breeze and answered any questions or requests we had. Ozkan from the bar staff was great, very attentive and provided some very interesting and funny conversations. Finally, Byram and Mehmet from the Italian a la carte restaurant were a great team together and made our meal extra special.
We would thoroughly recommend this resort to anyone, you will not be disappointed!
