“Lovely apartment in great location”
Reviewed November 1, 2015 for a stay in October 2015

We spent a week here at the end of October and the apartment was just what we were looking for. A home from home in a fabulous location. The apartment was very clean and well maintained in a small complex. It contained a very comprehensive kitchen area although we are most of our meals out so didn't do much cooking. A couple of balconies both overlooking the decent sized pool, which is also well maintained. There are various local restaurants we enjoyed Amelda & Friends to name a couple. The walk to the beach was 15 mins but in the summer there is a beach bus that picks up direct from the apartments. A walk into the old town takes about 20 mins through the ruins where you are spoiled by the various restaurants on offer. Val the owner provided us with lots of information and was very helpful with all our queries before our visit. We would definitely recommend this apartment and will hopefully have the opportunity to stay here again.

“Lovely child friendly holiday home with very helpful owner.”

We stayed here with our 7 month old baby and 2 1/2 year old in May 2015. Val the owner was very good and had lots of helpful information before we went and stayed in touch with us during our stay. She answered any questions quickly and efficiently.
The apartment itself was spotlessly clean with plenty of towels and bed linen. There is a travel cot, high chair, DVD player and some DVDs for the children. The water cooler is excellent as it saved us carrying heavy bottles of water up the stairs along with the children and all their stuff!! The beds are very comfortable (not hard like a lot of beds in turkey!)
The caretaker of the complex is always on hand to help if you have any problems. He keeps the pool area and gardens looking lovely.
It is in a good location, about a 20 min walk from the old town and a 15 min walk to the beach. There is a beach shuttle service to one of the bars. There are lots of bars and restaurants within a short walk of the apartment.
I would definitely stay here again, and I would highly recommend staying here, especially if you have young children.

“Fantastic holiday appartment - Luxury - A Home from Home but with better weather!”

We had such a fantastic time at this apartment in Side. Val couldn't have been more helpful before the trip sending us lots of hints and tips about where to eat and where to shop and what to do in Side, even down to the advice on how to get best value when changing money to Turkish Lire! and recommending airport transfer options etc. Mehmet was always on hand when we needed any assistance over there.

The apartment is in a great location within walking distance to the old town entrance and the beaches as well as having plenty of shops and restaurants right at your doorstep should you feel a little bit lazy some night!

It's split over two floors with 3 great bedrooms on the upper floor with a bathroom (Jacuzzi bath) and washing machine and a balcony off one of the bedrooms.

Downstairs is open plan with three areas for you to cook in the very well equipped kitchen including a 19 litre water cooler (EU2 per replacement water, yes EU2 only!), or eat in the dining area with the patio doors open overlooking the gorgeous pool or hang out in the sitting area with two big sofas, TV , PS 2 , DVD player with selection of movies (we watched the full Monty again, brilliant!) and kept nice and cool by air conditioning in all rooms apart from the two bathrooms. Downstairs bathroom has a big shower too.

All windows and patio doors have shutters that you can close to keep the sun out so the beautiful sunshine can be enjoyed when you want to and no sooner! Recommend shopping locally in Vera Market for your fresh bread daily and ice creams and drinks and bargains galore in other bits and bobs.

We spend hours and hours in the lovely big pool which was a perfect temperature and even though we were there for 3 weeks in July, peak holiday time, we never had any trouble getting 5 sun beds round the pool and often had the place to ourselves.

Missing it already!

“Gorgeous, well equipped apartment, huge pool, great location!”

We stayed for 10 nights with our daughter and her boyfriend.

The apartment has everything you need for a very comfortable stay - particularly if you have children.

Light and airy, big bedrooms, efficient and quiet aircon, well equipped kitchen, two bathrooms (1 bath with shower, the other with just a shower) and a lovely dining / lounge area.

Lounge also has a TV with boxes and boxes of DVDs and a games console. Free WIFI.

Fridge freezer is huge so is perfect for cooling drinks during the day, and for keeping the GnT chilled! We shopped for lunch but ate out every night. To lazy to drag ourselves away fro the pool during the day.

Mehmet the caretaker keeps the complex spotlessly clean and the garden areas are immaculate.

Quite a few restaurants and bars close the the apartment. The old town (with a huge choices of places to eat and shops) is about a 10 to 15 minute walk away. Supermarkets about 5 minutes walk away.

Free beach bus service in the morning returning in the afternoon.

The ruins are everywhere and are quite fascinating.

In short - fabulous apartment in a great location with loads to see and do.

Would we stay again? Absolutely!

“Lovely apartment and gardens in quiet but convenient location.”

We had a lovely relaxing holiday. The apartment, set on two floors, was absolutely spotless. Very spacious and light. Everything you could possibly need for a relaxing, but fun holiday. Val was very efficient and replied quickly to all my questions. Her directions from the airport and helpful advice were spot on. The caretaker maintains the pool and gardens perfectly. The other advantage is that the apartment is within easy walking distance to the shops, restaurants and the historic sites. Highly recommended!

“Brilliant!”
Reviewed October 14, 2013 for a stay in October 2013

2nd time to Side and on both occasions have stayed in this apartment and we've had a fantastic time. The apartment is spacious, clean, well equipped and cool (very much appreciated after a day in the sun!). It has a great location within walking distance of the beach, harbour, ancient ruins, restaurants and bars, but still very peaceful. The complex, which is relatively small, is well looked after with plenty of sun-beds around the lovely pool.
