No negative remarks at all concerning this hotel! Nice and service-minded staff and good overall standard! Furthermore I was very positively surprised by the little picturesque village Ortahisar, which is very near Göreme open-air museum.

• Ac is a little off since it's down the corridor and the beds are on the other end

This is a beautifully built hotel at a good location. Not really a cave hotel, but rooms are cave-like. Rooms are clean, spacious enough.

Stuff were very friendly, even though not all of them understands or speaks English.

We stayed her for 2 nights as part of our Turkey tour. The rooms were small but were in keeping with the "caves" of Cappadocia. The food was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful. As the hotel wasn't too busy, we were given a late check-out for which we were very thankful. Due to the cave-like nature of the hotel, there is no wi-fi reception in the bedrooms but good reception in the dining room and reception area.

We stayed at the Burcu Kaya Hotel for two nights as part of a small group tour of Turkey.
Our room was comfortable and cosy and the cave like design made an interesting change from the normal hotel room.
Both the breakfast and dinner buffets were excellent with a good variety to choose from.
The main negatives were a lack of tea and coffee making facilities and lack of WIFI signal in the room.(there was however a good signal in the reception area).
Overall we had an enjoyable stay.
