We had 5 rooms for one night, all were very clean, very comfortable beds, lots of hot water, the location is perfect with the front of the hotel looking straight onto the terrace right in front. The staff were all very welcoming and could not be more helpful, we had 2 lunches & an evening meal here and the total cost per person was £59 including 2 bottles of wine and loads of beers for the boys. My parents have difficulty with steps, but the owner put them on the ground floor which was great, he also then offered to run us up to the top to see the Roman ruins, once we had done this we then walked down the terraces stopping off at the pools on the way down. The owner is very thoughtful and he and his staff could not have been more helpful. Fantastic pool for swimming with lots of umberella's for shade.

Room tip: If you want the views ask for a room at the front of the hotel

Property is older but kept very clean and owner and his family are very friendly and helpful. Owner also has Turkish Carpet store there. He is delightful and very entertaining. We really enjoyed listening to his stories and he really knows a lot about the craft and history of carpet-making.

Since this is a small village of Pamukkale therefore it is understandable if the hotels are a little old fashioned which this place was. However as soon as we stepped on the terrace we kinda forgot about the leaking shower cabinet, the absence of complimentary water and the expensive minibar. The view is spectacular with the Pamukkale terraces right in front of the hotel. The beds are comfy and the room is clean. The ac worked fine and to us the best part was the built-in radio as Turkey has some amazing music playing on some channels. My wife and I enjoyed our tea on the terrace at night with the Cotton castle in front of us and nice lounge music playing in the background.
The breakfast was okay however juice and water were not complimentary so the hotel had a vibe of money making policies. That is understandable since the hotel business is down anyway. You can easily get cheaper water from a store 1 min away.
There is also a swimming pool at this hotel which must be amazing to beat the heat but sadly we did not get a chance as we were busy with our tours.
Over all I would recommend this place but probably eat and drink someplace else as there are some decent options in the neighborhood.

Room tip: only get the rooms facing the terraces

beautiful hotel with a great location and view. Just in front of the natural park and near many souvenir stores. Our room was very clean. The restaurant also has an amazing view and the food was really tasty.
Very helpful and friendly staff. I definetly recommend it.
