“Beautiful Summer Home with Breathtaking Sunsets!!!”

We stayed there at the end of August 2012. It was a gorgeous home with 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms and a pool. It had breathtaking sunsets that we enjoyed almost every evening. House did not have central a/c but we did not feel the need as it was pleasant to sleep with open windows. Pool was very clean and had a nice filtration system. It was not heated. It did not have fence around it. Therefore, families with small children may want to be a little more cautious.
Overall, it beats any hotel room (standard or executive suite) in Cesme.

“Amazing and spacious villa rental in Cesme”

We stayed with family in this villa while attending a family wedding in Cesme. There was a total of 7 people in our group (3 US and 4 UK) and everyone got their own room/bathroom and there was room to spare. This is a tastefully decorated villa with all the modern amenities, comfy beds, great sea view and privacy. It's situated on a hill overlooking the sea but a quick 5-10 min drive to the local shops, even shorter drive to the grocery store. My 3-year old and the teenagers loved the pool, but a word of caution should be made that the pool is the same depth (maybe 6 ft?) throughout, I assume due to a regional preferences in residential pools. The outside patio and BBQ was a wonderful treat as was the upstairs balcony for having a sunset cocktail. While we flew from NYC to attend the wedding, we spent a large part of our time there lounging at the villa. There was a hiccup with the cable that was fixed during our stay but everything else worked wonderfully. We had extended family over one night after the wedding for cocktails and all agreed this villa was much nicer than the hotel rooms at the Sheraton—including my now Turkish cousin-in-law. If ever in Cesme again we will not stay anywhere else.

I would like to add a side note for those that may have small children. This property is not childproof, and the marble staircase is not carpeted (i.e. can be slippery). My 3-year-old did just fine but we used caution around the pool and staircase. Plain old common sense is all that is needed.

Lastly, the person that maintains the property was very gracious. Our connecting flight from Munich came in late and we had unfortunate car rental issues at the Izmir airport. We didn't arrive to the property until about 3 am (!!) and ended up waking the poor fellow up and he rushed over to get us the keys. Many thanks for that!

“Fabulous stunning villa”
Reviewed 14 June 2011 for a stay in May 2011

Two couples, two teenagers and a toddler. Perfect accomodation. Spacious rooms, well furnished and comfortable. Within an easy walk of the nearest beach, however you will need a car to get to the best beaches, Ilica beach near the Sheraton Hotel is one of the best beaches I have had the good fortune to use.
Had late flights from the UK and after hassle with car hire firm arrived at 2am. Called the owner as unsurprisingly there was no one there to meet us. Badal turned up in jig time and let us in no bother.
I would recommend this villa to my best friend.
