I enjoyed excellent service from the staff at the Al Hamra Residence Palace this weekend. I must make particular mention of the commitment of Kenneth and the Front Desk Team in providing this excellent service. Other highlight included the beach and Pool Staff and the Adventure Sports Staff. Thank you for contributing to a great weekend.

in this hotel we spent a great vacation last month. Beautiful beach, excellent food, clean hotel and all the greatest thanks to the hotel staff! Especially in the hotel part of Village, where the staff improved the value of the hotel by 100%. In particular, we want to highlight the smiling, sweet and pleasant waitress Yetty, who took care of us with utmost care. Similarly, Gene and Jatin have great access to hotel guests. Their smile and sweet greetings have always improved our day. Thanks to this you feel at home at the hotel :) I certainly recommend!

We stayed at the Village for 1 week. The service from the staff were excellent. Special thanks to the service personal in the restaurant, Yetti, Grace, Gene and Manoj that took care of us in an excellent manor. Food varied daily with different theme which was good.
Room standard more like a 3-star. Rooms could be cleaner specially under beds and furnitures. The hotel location did not offer other amusements than those provided by the few hotels in the area. For shopping there was a Mall 20 minutes walk from hotel or a few minutes by taxi. The beach and bath were amazing.

Room Tip: Look for a room with terrace or balcony.

(Al Hamra residence and village)
This was my worst experience in a resort ever!!. we booked a double bed room and it was two single beds, it took them an hour to come and join the beds and bring the baby bed and the funny thing they kept the single mattress and blankets!!. the room wasn`t clean and old. dirty window chains and water heater , the bathroom`s door handle was broken. it always took them hours for them to bring something we requested. the place need a serious cleaning and renovation!

This was supposed to be a nice night away. But we had a few disappointments. Checkin was fine, with use of pool while we were waiting. Room and bathroom were not the cleanest. Telephone keypad was filthy. Bathroom very out dated, shower head hit the shower door with water not the person who was showering. We had to pay for an extra breakfast as it wasn’t made clear at booking that the included breakfast was only for 2 people not the third person that was booked. We were also not told at checking that WiFi was 80 dhs extra or that we would not be able to continue to use the facilities after the 12 noon check out. So we had to pay for day passes for us all. Staff were friendly apart from the receptionists. No smiles. Shame.
