The room was great and the staff was courteous and friendly. I particularly liked that it was next to the mall. This made our stay wonderful. The next time we go to Sharja we will be staying at the Ramada.

Overall pleasant stay with family , special thanks to a lady named Olivia for house keeping:). Value for money as room was clean n spacious. Staff service was ok. Amenities also ok. Location was ok for us due to family in Sharjah.

Great over all experience. rooms are clean, descent sizes. furniture was in good condition . staff was super and very helpful, location was great as well right next to sahara mall and other food/beverage facilities

I visit this hotel once every six months. The service is prompt and excellent. Housekeeping staff is friendly and good. The Hotel is located in a convenient location. Service is round the clock. I will stay in this hotel again during my next visit.

Although the room was very comfortable and spacious, we had issues with the water being too hot. We were not able to shower in the mornings, since the staff took hours to solve what was initially a simple problem. The first day we complained about it, the engineers said it was because the water cooler lines were shut, so he opened them - problem solved. However, next day, same problem, and this time the front desk staff took an hour to send someone, and when the engineers arrived it took them another 2 hours to find out what was wrong, even though we mentioned it to them...okay, once again, problem solved and half of our day was lost. Alas, the next day, same issue....again, 3 hours lost...same story...we couldnt figure out if the engineers shut the cold water off on purpose, or what the story really was, but we lost a lot of valuable time because of it. I would recommend focusing on improving communication between departments, and focusing on improving response time to guest complaints.
