We did this on the recommendation of friends and it was a good class. We met in town and did a market tour which was great in explaining ingredients and tools and then we caught a boat out to the school. The group was enormous and too many for one session and this caused some drama as groups got split up etc - would suggest they limit the size of the groups in future. We had a tour of the herb garden and the balance of watching and hands on cooking was very good and the teacher was fantastic. Definitely recommend but need smaller classes.
