Very good food but a bit pricey. I guess you get what you pay for. Chicken salad dish was excellent. Sandwiches are also very good. Located in a busy plaza but a big parking lot. The cinnamon roll was just average.

Counter associate was very nice and the food was good, but be prepared for extremely long waits for you food and terrible customer service from the food preparers! We won’t go back to this location.
Panera usually is a great place for a quick bite. Reliable. Standardized. BUT... this one did not seem to be closely following Covid safety protocol. Here is why... 1) Person preparing food had his mask below his nose. 2) Not wearing gloves for food prep...3) Tables were not cleaned between customers. One party left, another sat down without any cleaning of the table in between. 4) No available products to self-clean your table. 5) Drinks were pour your own - but no gloves or wipes for communal items such as coffee dispenser. Sorry, this Panera is not a fave.More
Order taking was slow today as they were training an associate taking them. I have no problems with that and can be patient. I did feel that the tables weren't cleaned properly as we weren't able to find one we didn't have to use our...own wipes to clean the crumbs off from. I also didn't see sanitizer for patrons, though it may have been somewhere and I just missed it. I like the flavors and options on the menu, though my favorite (bread bowls) seem to be gone. Our food orders were ready quickly and since we were still cleaning off a table, the orders were brought to us. That was nice. I under the cost of food has gone up, but you really don't get much quantity for the price. My friend and I selected this restaurant because, not having seen each other in 2 years, we knew we could have a leisurely lunch to catch up with each other.More
No matter how busy this place gets, the staff take it in stride and treat all customers well. The food is great & no problem with substitutions.
While in town to visit my mom, I'd grab a tea, possibly a cookie or pastry for breakfast. Unfortunately, they were closed for construction for the remainder of my trip so I needed to find another.
Drove 60 miles to transit road amherst ny panera for lunch to use free soup coupon only to find it completely CLOSED BOARDED UP during major renovations surrounded by construction worke4s and equipment. Web site says open and phone is answered by normal recording but...nobody picks up. So my reward expired 10-1 what way is this to run a business I sometimes get rewards but seldom use them figured this would be a treat. They are trying to be good with the competetion but not suceeding. Prices are high food is just OK and most staff is disinterested and uncaring.More
I frequent Panera Bread regularly, at least 2-3 times per week. I really enjoy the fresh, all natural menu options, comfortable environment, and good value for the money. The store at 8200 Transit in Williamsville is closest for me but unfortunately, my least favorite café....Reason being....careless staff and poor management. Almost every order I place is wrong to some degree. For the most part I don't complain, unless it's really bad. One of the later in the day managers is particularly anti-customer. She almost always makes for a less than pleasant experience. Recently, she told me I had to take my half-salad "to go" because the store was closing early due to a technical problem. Yet, the restaurant was filled with guests when she told me I had to eat elsewhere. There are ways to do things and then there is what she did. When you single out one person for no apparent reason...at least that I could see, that kind of says discrimination. Regardless, this store is one I will never frequent again and for this kind of treatment. I must add that the café at 1593 Niagara Falls Blvd,. 14228 goes above and beyond to satisfy. I highly recommend them, and they will get my business from now on.More
A quick trip across the Niagara border requires a visit to Panera. Their soup/sandwich combination fits the bill all of the time. My companions ate tasty salads quenched with drinks from the self serve soda fountain. Service was great, tables are kept clean and the...desserts look inviting.More
If you want good casual food, like soups and sandwiches along with fresh muffins or other sweets, this is the place to come. They offer really good salads, soups and sandwiches using many of the current "it" foods like quinoa, kale, and such. It's a...good place for a quick lunch or a good place to meet with friends for coffee.More
Staff is really rude, when picking up the food the lady yelled at us because we asked why the flat bread was saggy, Oh well sorry I like my food fresh!
We eat here regularly and it's always great. Hardy portions and consistent quality. Love all the salads and the cinnamon crunch bagel.
The food is fresh and many steps above a fast-food spot without costing much more. The soups, salads, and sandwiches are excellent. Good value for the $$
I love their Frontega Chicken Panini which always tastes nice while the bread is perfectly crisped! The onion soup was extremely salty which was upsetting as it used to be a lot better back when I used to visit this place years ago.. the pecan...roll that I got for an extra 99 cents was not as tasty as it looked. Very stale and tasteless unless you're eating the pecans on top of it..More
