I stayed at this hotel July 17, 2017. The rooms were very spacious with an amazing view. Very clean. Gift shops and free spa were available for guests. Many restaurant choices to choose from but was a bit pricy. Two buffet meals cost 8464 yen. One downside is that wifi is not available in rooms only in hotel lobby. We had to hang out on lobby couches to get wifi.

We had a large spacious room, but a very small bathroom, we were lucky and where allocated a room at the front which meant we could see Mount Fuji in the distance. The bed was comfortable and we had a good nights sleep, no noise. Breakfast was not very good for the western pallet.

Room tip: Try for a room at the front.

Good: spacious room

Drawback: no in room WiFi

======================================
Room stayed: Single room Western style room (with attached shower room and toilet)

Room rate: 12000yen (weekend, including Onsen tax) with buffet style breakfast

Location: 10mins taxi journey (1400en) from Kofu station. No pickup service provided by the hotel. One convenience store is located beside the hotel (side entrance, less than 5 mins walk from lobby).

Front desk staffs: English communication is not an issue. They are friendly.

Room condition: Big room. Well maintained and clean. Feel relax and comfortable.

Toiletries/amenities: Toothbrush/paste, hair dryer, fridge, kettle are provided. In-room slippers are recycled. No disposable slippers are provided. There is a safe in the room. No bottled drinking water is provided. Green tea and complimentary snack are served. There is shop (operated by the hotel) selling souvenir at lobby.

Internet: Free WiFi only at the lobby. Area is big with plenty of sofa chairs. No in room WiFi.

Breakfast: Buffet style, Japanese and Western. Not much choices. Taste is okay.

Onsen: No swapping between male and female onsen. Open air onsen is available. No scenery view because it is located on level 3.

In summary, the hotel room is nice. This hotel is mainly for business or wedding purposes. Not an area with famous tourism spot. With such room rate is too pricey because nothing surprised me.

At the other end of town, taxi ride 1600Y. We did see Mount Fuji one afternoon. If you want to take the local bus #4 to the Shosenkyo Gorge, the bus stop is a couple of minutes up the street towards the supermarket, in the supermarket side of the street. If you want to go to the Kofu station, take the bus in the hotel side.
Reception-Excellent service but no English, the bell hops, did speak a bit, so they were very helpful. We reserved a view suite nonsmoking and got a non-view smoking. We were changed to a view suite, but it was also smoking.
Breakfast was not included, neither the pool nor the onsen.
Room-Vey good size, but not well decorated and very dated.
Light for reading was good.
Bed – A bit hard and also the pillow.
Air Conditioning-good
Wi-Fi-Only in the lobby.
TV no instructions in English a 2 remote system
Refrigerator-Good size and quiet
Room for bags-Good
Tea Kettle
Bathroom-Good size with handle shower
Shower pressure-OK
Cloths line-No
Towels-Nice and clean.
Hair dryer-Good
Full length mirror-Yes
Makeup mirror-No
Laundry-No self-serve
Iron and ironing board-No
Complimentary bottle water-No
Plugs-None by the bed, but since there is no Wi-Fi in the room it doesn’t matter.

We stayed at this hotel for 8 days while in Japan for a wedding. Our room was spacious and elegant, with every amenity imaginable. Beautifully quiet and serene. The breakfast buffet was included in the rate. It had a large selection of Japanese and western items, and the service was outstanding. (It did get just a little boring after a week, as the selection never changed from day to day, but eggs cooked to order were also available.). The staff was friendly and helpful, though not particularly fluent in English; still, we got along just fine with a few gestures and repetitions. The hotel tends to attract bus tour groups, so the lobby and breakfast room can get quite busy.

Room tip: Our room was on the southeast side, so we had a gorgeous view of Mt. Fuji and the Minami Alps. However, because of the afternoon sun exposure, the room was a bit too warm later in the day. Our western-style room had a sofa, desk, and chair, and lots of space.
