Famous for their Chili Soup Noodle, they also have good gyoza and other items. Very friendly folks. Casual atmosphere with lots of airline memorabilia on the walls.

We were there about 9pm and sign said they were closed. Their closing time stated 8:30pm.
There were still 3 to 4 tables of customer in the shop.
We were told to go in by staff A... they will serve us.
Staff B who took our order were impatient and showed displease.
we didn't hang around after finished our food and by the time we leave there was still another table of customer.
My first friend at the cashier advised staff C we are paying separately which is a very very common practice in japan.
Staff C not only showed unpleasant expression. He even threw the the order form on the table!!!

I had soy bean Ramen with pork slices and fried dumplings.

Ramen ¥980 :-
● noodles too soft, over cooked for me.
● soup was not bad
● pork slices too tough not melt in mouth. Had much better just near by.
fried dumplings ¥420 :-
● average

Visited ramen Bayashi because a few colleagues recommended.
Food - very average. Had better ones just around that area.
$$ - abit higher compared to some same standard ramen shop.
I will never go back again as the attitude was very bad. Not from 1 staff but 2!

I understand its over their operating hours. We didn't force ourselves in. We were ask to go in.
There was a couple that came in 10 mins after us and we were not the last to leave. We finished up pretty fast knowing it was over their operating hours.
The basic rule is ...if u want to accept customers dont give attiude... provide basic courtesy service.
If not just reject us from the start!

Stopped for a bite to eat at this great little restaurant. It's only a couple of minutes from the bus stops where the hotel buses drop off and on the Main Street leading down to the Naritasan Shinshoji Temple.
The gyozas are fabulous and freshly made and more than enough at 6 per serving.
I then opted for the fried chicken and vegetable dish with plenty of meat and fresh veg washes down with a local beer.
This place is cheap as chips too so it's great value. Nice staff and the menu is in English so you don't make mistakes when ordering and end up with something weird!

Located in the City of Narita, this restaurant is the perfect spot to have your first or last Japanese experience if you are staying close to the airport. The Ramen of this place is just great. You will probably end up eating with the flight crew of an airline, place popular among the crews.
