The hotel is old and in need of renovation. The bathroom fixtures are bizarre, and the shower has been set up such that you need to hold the detachable shower head at all times when it could have easily been mounted high and stable so that you didn't need to. The rooms have only wired Internet access, so if you're using a tablet or a MacBook Air you need to go to the lobby to use the wireless.

On a positive note, there are good restaurants within walking distance. The restaurants in the hotel are very expensive. Three of us ate a great sushi meal with drinks at a nearby restaurant for what I paid for a meal for one in the hotel's Japanese restaurant.

The breakfast buffet is so so as well, but sort of the "only game in town".

Very good service here. Rooms tiny, but clean. Internet access is excellent via Ethernet cable.

This hotel is not listed on most discount hotel searches. It can be difficult to make reservations as their web site is Japanese only at this time. However the front staff speak English, so you could make reservations via email.

A good price for a Japanese busines hotel, just don't have a drink in the bar! its $$$!

Breakfast will get you fed western style or Japanese. Its a large buttet and can handle large groups. They often have groups staying here, as well as weddings.

Its a short walk to the train station. Also, from Narita or Haneda airport, you can take a bus directly to Atsugi station area, and then walk to the hotel about 3 blocks.

Room Tip: If you need to keep your suitcase open, go for a double room.

Stayed in hotel for 4 nights on a November trip, and 3 nights during a December trip. Room and bathroom quite small, but seem to be average for Japanese standards. The room was somewhat dirty and dingy, and could really use an update (re-wall paper, re-paint). Wifi only in lobby area, ethernet in rooms, which is ok if you are using a lap top, but a bit of a hassle if you are using a smart phone with data roaming off. The breakfast selection is above average (a reasonable selection of western-friendly food), and the lobby and bar are nice. There is no fitness center, but the floors seem to be made of concrete, which allows one to do some excercising in the room without affecting people below (although given the room size, there is a limited amount of movements that one can do).

The staff are typically friendly and helpful, and the location is within walking distance of the train station and bus stop. There are also a lot of decent restaurants in the area. Hotel is ok for a short stay, but perhaps something better can be found for longer stays.

Upmarket Japanese small city hotel. Like many Japanense hotels, rooms are pokey and a little dirty. Bathroom on the small side, but not so different to others. Breakfast is good, but can get very crowded. The two restaurants locally are OK, but pricey for the service and quality of food. Staff as always in Japan are friendly and helpful. Could do with a few western TV channels. No wireless in rooms, so no good if you are using i-pad.

I stayed here for one night in May-2012. Room was Average size compared to Japanes standard, Hotel was meeting to all my minimum requirements for Good guiet sleep, fast internet, enough toilet amneties and good breakfast. I had business in nearby Isehara and was placed in this hotel after consulting Tripadvisor and discuss with my supplier. Actually the city Atsugi itself is nothing to do in evening... do not know for culture and site seeing in close distance on daytime. Would stay here next time again when in the area.
