I made the mistake of booking for 2 nights before taking a cruise with my wife. We arrived at the hotel around 11.30 am after flying all night quite tired. We were told we couldn't check in until 2.00 pm. Sat in the small foyer for a while before going out for lunch. Came back around 1.45 pm bathed in perspiration and initially told to wait until 2.00 pm but then took pity upon us.
Our room was very neat and modern, but unfortunately small. I'd booked one of the larger size rooms (21 sq m) but it didn't seem much larger than an inside cabin which are around 14 sq m. We had a window which was 3 metres from another wall but at least we still had some natural light.
Location was excellent for the cruise terminal and also for Chinatown. Train station also close by. As we had one full day there I approached the front desk to see if they could recommend or help us book any day tours. Unfortunately they could not help us.
I would recommend to cruisers that if they are looking at this hotel as a pre cruise destination book for one night only.

We are very late check in, but staff are very nice. Parking lot at the same building, it just at the back of the entrance, parking charges overnight is reasonable.
Location is very good, coffee shop / restaurant nearby. Luckily we got double bed room, bed size is very big - queen size which is very comfortable.我們很晚才入住，但工作人員非常友善。在同一棟大樓的停車場，它只是在入口後面，一夜之間的停車費是合理的。
位置很好，附近有咖啡店/餐廳。幸運的是，我們得到了雙人床房，床的尺寸非常大 - 皇后大小非常舒適。
我們不在酒店吃早餐，因為附近有'Doutor'咖啡店，非常方便。我們將再次入住。
We don't take breakfast in the hotel because there is 'Doutor' coffee shop nearby, so convenience. We will stay again for sure.

Very convenient hotel if you are taking a cruise from Osanbashi. To get here from Narita Airport on the cheap take the direct Narita Express train to Yokohama station. From there, transfer to the local Minatomirai Line (separate fare) to Nihon-odori Station - about 4 stations away. The hotel is about 5-10 minute walk from the Nihon-odori Station. The hotel is walking distance to Chinatown (lots of dining options there) and the Yamashita Park (definitely worth a visit for the colourful display of flowers) which is just next to the Osanbashi Cruise Terminal. Buffet breakfast at the hotel is very good.
