Located just in front of Akita station and on top of Seibu department store. Hotel might look bit outdated on the outside, but it was actually quite nice. Twin room was big so the two of us had plenty of room. It wasn't new and shiny but it was clean and everything was working. Also view from the upper floor was great.
Sauna and pool in the hotel were also ok, they sold tickets for them at the reception (I think it was around 500yen per person).
Breakfast was also good with lots of different options to choose from.
With the price we paid I would stay here again for sure.More
