1HP aircon to accommodate for a whole duplex!! The air cond can’t reach the TOP level, too hot to sleep at night. The hotel room is next to the main road, the vehicles all night long are unbearable. Not enough power points too.. Not coming back anymore

The Hotel Room keep the antic feels, clean and nice. It has a western restaurant at the ground floor with a beautiful garden. It's good to have some wine and beers at night while listen to the live band. What a memorable night

Arrived on 16/10. Was allocated room 2. Room was nicely furnished. It has 2 levels. It has the old shophouse feeling.

However, after testing the shower, it was so disappointing. The water pressure was non-existing.

And as I has 2 levels, the aircon can’t reach the TOP level, making it really uncomfortable.

Apart from these 2 setbacks, it was a wonderful experience staying there. The outdoor garden dining was really a highlight.

This hotel is small. Only 7 rooms. Quiet but easy accessible to all tourist spot and food location. If you are taking a taxi or Grab to get to this hotel. Ask the driver to drop you at Rain Garden Restaurant. The hotel is located above this restaurant, so you just have to walk into the restaurant and tell them you are checking in. They will settle for you. Great for a group of 4 to stay. Sufficient space. Complementary coffee and there is a water dispense outside the room so you do not need to boil water. Easy to take taxi or Grab or Bus to different tourist spot

I booked 2 nights in this boutique hotel but checked out after the first night. The room is very small and dirty. There isn't enough power points to have a decent recharge of devices. It is near to impossible to locate this hotel as there is no signs outside to indicate that there is even a hotel in the small lane. There isn't even a signboard at the so-called entrance to tell you that you are at the hotel. The entrance of the hotel is a simple two wooden doors. The check in was done by a staff holding a handwritten book. All processes were done manually. The room is located on the 2nd level. Good luck to you if you have huge and heavy luggage. There is no instructions on how to operate the TV and trust me, it is not easy to use the remote control there. Although there are tables and chairs to relax outside the room, I see no one doing that as it is very hot and uncomfortable. There is a water dispenser outside the corridor. The access to the room is secured by the key tag which is electronically tagged. What made me decide to give up this hotel is the live band performance at night and the close proximity to the road. The noise at night from all fronts is unbearable. The toilet is dirty and smelly upon check in. Hairdryer is provided in the room. No breakfast is provided. There is a fanciful and over-sized fridge in the room. The room is already small and there is really no need to have that to take up space. Each room has 2 levels. The mattress upstairs is hard and uncomfortable. The cool air from the air-conditioner is not strong to reach that part of the room. Although there is a standing fan, you will still feel hot sleeping there. Parking is free from night to the following morning but you need to obtain a free parking coupon if you wish to park your car during the day. The staff are friendly and very polite. I have no issue with its service. It is the room that scared me off.
