We had a club room on 17th floor. This made it such an excellent experience. Everything we needed in room, very comfortable bed, great shower. Treats in fridge on arrival. Club facilities are excellent and drinks and snacks were appreciated , except on the Friday when they were very busy with Asian guests who were exceptionally greedy with the food. Also lots of kids that night. Had it been like this every night we would not have enjoyed it and I might have rated the hotel lower. Breakfasts on the 16 th floor were good; service was always excellent in the club room but we were lucky as it was never too busy. Pool was ok but no drinks service. Overall for room and club experience I would have given this hotel five stars but a few things let this down after a few days. One morning we were woken up by what sounded like a school party outside - it was the cleaning staff chatting and giggling. Later we came out the room and a man was painting our door frame while we were still inside the room.The bar was closed every night, this was a shame - the cafe downstairs while offering drinks does not have much ambience.
It is not easy to get information at the help desk. For me this is a very good four stars. It is convenient location for either walking or getting a car.

The breakfast ends at 10am i felt it would be abit longer till 10.30am. The swimming pool is strictly for residents wearing swimming wear. When checking in there was a tourist charge that we had to pay too that i did not clearly understand what was that for.

The design of the hotel was so beautiful. The location is amazing for shopping, food, massage, nails. It was my mum's 60th birthday and we ordered flowers and paid before hand. They surprised my mum with a cake in the evening. It was complimentary.

Great location in Georgetown near to many good food places. Rooms are clean and well maintained. The gym however needs an upgrading as some equipment are rather old. The gym attendant could have been better trained to handle situations. Feedback that there was a user slamming the weights and affecting other users in the gym but he just acknowledge it but did not take action.

Stayed here for two nights when I was in Penang in March, and my friend and I had a lovely stay! The beds were nice and comfortable, the room was clean and had a nice modern touch to it. The service here was pretty awesome as well, and housekeeping were very friendly to accommodate our requests for additional towels, pillows, etc.

The location was convenient as it was near a mall, as well as within walking distance to smaller shophouses nearby which makes it easy for you to explore. We also took Grab to get around Penang, and always found it was quite easy to get one from the hotel.

One of the things we loved was the fruit infused water at the lobby, a must-have before heading out in the sun to explore Penang! Would definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Penang.

Dont know why i thought it would not be good but was surpirised on how good it was - great location with staff really friendly and hotel is really good.
breakfast was really busy and we had to queue buti think it was bad timing as a bus load of tourists were leaving.
Food was okay ( no bacon ) - dinner was good with the best satay sauce ever - would definitely stay again
