Once you are inside the hotel, the reception area is so inviting with various rooms or partitions all decked with morrocan inspired design. The material used is flimsy and colorful and just very impressive. The room is also so impressive with lighting that go with the design. Breakfast is good too with a lot of choices. Wifi works in the room. You can have a morning walk with a breeze so soothing. The medina is also reachable on foot. Before sundown, the beach is filled with music, camels, horses etc. Wifi works in the beach too. Incredible location and hotel.

Room Tip: all rooms i think is nice

We were very happy with our 3 nights at the Atlas Essaouira. We loved the location right across from Essaouira Beach and were pleasantly surprised to see camels on the beach. Upon closer inspection, we were not so thrilled to see all the camel poop on the beach but it was such a humorous contradiction to see camels by the ocean.
The room was very nice. Not perfect , but very nice. People were very nice to us and the included buffet breakfast was really good.
The hotel is not located close to the medina but it is walkable. We had a car but I walked several times. Straight forward, right down the ocean front walkway.
Internet was good.

This hotel looks very glamorous and indeed my room was beautifully decorated but it is ruined by a sense of arrogance. There's virtually no signage in the hotel so it's difficult to work out what restaurant serves what, when. The only water in the room is a very small bottle in the mini bar and is very expensive, but buy the same water in the bar and you get a 1.5ltr for the same price [there's a supermarket one block away]. . The hotel does overlook the beach and has a sunbathing area with a fence round it so you can't see the sea. If I went again I'd stay nearer the town.

Room Tip: the front over looks the beach but you get the sun in the room all day and the aircon can't cope

Room nice 112 but over the bar and could hear music although didn't go on late. Only had bed and breakfast would have liked all inclusive but not available meant had to eat out and not many places looked any good. One along from hotel Café Morocco and bar was ok. Drunk our own booze that got from Carrafour as drinks in hotel seemed expensive. We didn't like the Medina town afraid upset the wife to many beggars. Very windy place and found sitting round pool some days a struggle to keep umbrellas and sun bed cushions from blowing away. One good thing taxis anywhere in town are 7 MDH about 50 pence. If you like beach was good and with wind seemed everyone was wind and kite surfing didnt see any sun beds though apart from one little section that might have been Atlas site!
Would suggest to hotel that they try "All Inclusive " would encourage more people to stay and eat and drink in hotel.
Last thing if want taxi to and from airport found Aziz at Taxi Mogador on line very punctual and helpful and only 20 Euros a trip can book him online
All in all lucky Hotel was nice.

Room Tip: We were on 1st floor supposed to be luxury room was quite large but would have preferred one with a balcony. Perhaps higher would be better

I didn't stay at the hotel but I can recommend the bar restaurant right by the beach. Very good set menu a bit more expensive than some places but the food was beautiful. We sat with a lovely view of the beach, the staff were very attentive and nothing was too much trouble. A super long lunch which gave us very relaxed first day of our holiday
