We got good Eid holiday offer with free breakfast and wifi. All services are appreciable, what a typical good hotel have. The staff is courteous and rooms are well managed. The location of hotel is also a plus.

I stayed there for 3 nights it was very good hospitality with friendly staff, and If you want to save money and you want to stay in a safe and affordable hotel that you shoud go to this hotel, they have good breakfast and if you want you pay 10ROM for lunch and dinner open buffet, also down in the same building there is hair cut salon and coffee shop with nice shisha to enjoy the evening time, parking available always there . If we compare it to other hotels 2 or 3 stars this is the best,

I've stayed at this hotel twice in two separate rooms. This is more of an apartment hotel where each apartment is spacious and clean with a kitchenette and a washing machine. It is suitable for a business traveler who needs a place to stay for longer periods. The food (breakfast and dinner) is quite pleasant with a decent variety.

On the downside, the beds are quite hard and the air conditioning unit is mounted at the base of the bed which means you get cold air hitting you all night if you leave it on. The shower is mounted in the middle of the bathroom (not the corner) and without a shower curtain you end up making a big mess everywhere.

There is nothing much to do in the area so you need a car. There are a couple of fast food restaurants next door and one more across the street.

Back home today in beautiful Ras Al Khaimah after four lovely days in Salalah, Oman:
Though near the end of the khareef ( خريف )--think monsoon--how green the Jabal Dhofar and all the wadis therein. Green there in Oman, the color of nature, the color of Allah, the color of Islam--why it features so often in the flags of Islamic nations. Lots of green banana trees and green coconut palms in the nahkeels. Bougainvillea, hibiscus, oleander, etc. line Salalah's streets.

Also the great and old frankincense trees! Up there in the Dhofar wadis. Splendid. The gifts of the Maji to the Prophet Issa (Jesus) include gold, myrrh, and frankincense.

Three and 4 BC fantastic archaeological sites. Old mosques and tombs, even that of Nabi Ayub (pbuh), whom the Hebrews call Job. His footprint!

Blow holes and beautiful beaches.

The crew at the Salalah Plaza Hotel took such good care of me during this Eid to get me the right guides (Allah bless you, Hajji Hamsa and you too, Brother Kamal), so I see the best. Airfare and hotel a bit more than $600 US from RAK through Doha.

What a deal to be among such fine human beings during Eid Al Adha. Their kindnesses continue to bless me from this superb hotel. May Allah continue to bless you, Mr. Yousef, and your fine men and women, whom you so ably lead.

Room tip: If you need a beach or alcoholic drinks you can very reasonably travel from the Salalah Plaza to find those nearby.
