Loved the secluded location and magnificent building! The room was large and the bathroom was charming with special tile work. Breakfast was included and had a good variety of choices. The pool was large and gorgeous-perfect for a morning swim

Booked 4 nights in what sounded like a luxury 5 star hotel. Left after only one night and still waiting for my refund. No hot water, service appalling, surrounded by abandoned buildings, bathroom smelled of sewage and hotel smelled damp. The manager did his best but was over ruled by general manager at every stage. The lady cooking omlettes was the only helpful and friendly member of staff. Photo shows abandoned buildings

Like a ghost hotel, surrounded by derelict buildings.staff with attitude and no training on how to treat guests.smells of damp everywhere.food comparable to Jonny's cafe.no door man, no concierge, a trickle of staff who only appear when it's tip time.come here at your peril. It's a terrible hotel.

My family and I just came back from this hidden jewel in Colon. Nice ambiance, rooms were fantastic and people around the dinning/customer service were super friendly. We did enjoy the hotel facilities and the flexibility of an all inclusive plan that you can buy day by day , gave us the opportunity to visit Panama City( the NEW and Old Casco), Miraflores, Aguas Claras, Albrook, First Original Panama city, "Museo de la Biodiversidad", "Isla de Monos" among sightseing thru our route. the Hotel is an Old Historic Building (Escuela de las Americas) but with the enchantment of a relaxing fresh tropical Hotel. REGRESAMOS... (we will be back).

This lovely hotel has an interesting history as it once served as the School of the Americas. It has been furnished with beautiful pieces of art from days gone by. The rooms are spacious, the pool gorgeous, and the breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffets provided many delicious choices. Overall a great place to stay in the area
