“Neverland Mountain Resort in Asin”

Although not all the resort on the area have the same level of excellence with their service and facilities, i find this resort really nice and clean. The were enough swimming pools, bathrooms and cottages to accommodate guest. Price is cheap although their additional zipline option is quite expensive, i would suggest they lower their price or add more features to it for the price they are charging. All in all, i would recommend this place to people looking for a place to relax away from the busy, expensive and common tourist destination.

Although Calamba Laguna is more famous Hot Spring destination in the Philippine, thats why you get surprise to find one in this summer Capital. The place is Clean and best visited during the colder months even it is a little bit far away from the city proper.

“Palm Grove Resort”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 5 January 2012

There are 2 resorts in close proximaty. I was advised to go to the Palm Grove Resort and am glad I got that suggestion. The Palm Grove Resort was very well maintained and the hot water springs have been setup uniquely to give you the option of indoor or outdoor pools. The staff too very helpful and ensured that we were taken care of.

“A delightful afternoon at Palm Grove Hot Springs”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 27 December 2011

We had spent two nights in Baguio and on our way to Vigan we decided to visit Palm Grove Hot Springs and Mountain Resort. We drove our car there, but there is also jeepney service available.

Leaving Baguio on the Nagulian Road , you branch off on Asin Road and follow it to the resort. The road is hard surface and you will pass through two single lane tunnels that were built in the early 1900's. Very scenic drive to the resort.

The resort is on the right hand side of the road and you pull into a parking lot. The entrance station is there and we asked to see the place first. We were shown the pools, the indoor and outdoor hot spring baths as well as place to buy food , shower etc. it was very nice and we paid 100 pesos per adult and 50 for children. The hot sping baths were an additional approx 500 pesos to rent per hour for our group.

We very much enjoyed swimming in the pools and the one pool was filled with the heated water from underground hot springs. Showers were required for all who entered the pools, so everything was very clean an enjoyable. For those who wanted to picnic, picnic areas were available.

A very enjoyable day and highly recommended. BTW: there are several hot springs resorts on Asin Road, but Palm Grove appears to be the newest and most popular.
