This is a lovely place to visit, it's high up so many steps or walk up the hill. We got a taxi here and the buildings are wonderful. There are no monks here anymore but you can see where they now stay, along with many other nice buildings of Cebu, when you see the view. The kind staff will take your photo if needed and there are places to sit and relax. The sweet smell of incense fills the air and there is a souvenir shop. Amazing and uplifting place to visit.
Tip: We had a long walk to find a taxi after we had finished there.

The place is so serene!...One will enjoy even if you're not a Taoist...Well maintained and clean...Picture worthy!

The Taoist Temple is located in an elevated place. You need a transportation to reach this place. There are also stairs to climb. The place is solemn. It is not allowed to take pictures inside the church. They have nice garden too.

Nice view on the top. It is sacred here and better be pray rather than roaming around taking pictures. Seniors better be careful because of long stairs.

This place has a great view of the city. The structures are nice. My personal fave is the iconic large chinese dragon. there is no entrance free. If you're commuting, there are motorcycles from JY Square that will take you there and could wait for you till you finish exploring the place. you can also hire a taxi.
