“familiar lay out...”
Reviewed 9 March 2013

Now this church looks like the one in vatican city...Scary stories about thieves linger so be guarded always even if entrance are visible with security guards.

“Impressive”
Reviewed 8 March 2013 via mobile

An old church dating back to 1500s. I was greeted with throngs of devotees even though it was drizzling. The interior is magnificent!

“Must see if you're in Cebu City”
Reviewed 27 February 2013

What more is there to say? It's an old church (oldest in the country). Structure itself is just screaming to be photographed. Nice little courtyard garden with a fountain inside. Great for (Catholic) prayers.

I'm conflicted about the religious hawkers outside the church. Their alternative panhandling practices are amusing and only slightly inconvenient, but $2 for 10 recycled candles is a bit too rich for my blood.
