What is a great concept has truly fallen to failure and neglect. Such potential ruined by staff with a lack of enthusiasm for their job. I'm a third world country they should at least appear happy to be employed at all. On top of poor communication poor manners and poor attitudes you can also add sleeping at their post. The place is as disgraceful. Trash every where. Dirty diapers on the steps down to the water. Mold and mildew in the room. Toilet broken and would not stop flushing. Towel rack.... broken barely hanging on the wall. A beach resort no rug to wipe your feet after your time in the water. Crown mounding busted air conditioners so full of dust I was scared to use it. And....they had the gall to insist upon a deposit up front. For what? Afraid I'll break what's already broken? Or maybe I'll pick up and throw away a piece of trash? Pics will follow. Beware. Book elsewhere!!!

If you like a cheap place to party without minding the crowd, noise and mediocre amenities, then this is the place for you. Whether you bring your own food and drinks or buy from the in-house store you can use the premises and enjoy if you bring your party attitude and face. The place is best enjoyed at night.

Room Tip: Rooms at the top floors are quieter.

My self and the girlfriend visited here for the day and enjoyed it.
We paid 600 peso for the two of us and that included the open hut with seating area.
Yes the beach is very small but we spent most of the time in the sea.
We took a boat trip on a small wooden boat and had fun.
The food we had was very nice.
I think this place is more suited to day trippers rather than long term accommodation.

The road going to the resort is not good though the main barangay road is made of concrete nearing the resort you'll encounter dirt road with small to medium holes. Arriving at the resort you will not be allowed to enter unless you show your reservation receipt to their staff. For our case, we did not go with the group, we have to call the attention of the holder of the receipt. The resort does not allow sharp objects especially knives inside their resort but they have a common knife tied on their common area. Also they do not allow speakers to be brought inside but they allow guitars to be brought in. As for their beach, it is surrounded by their cottages which I think is a good thing. But there are steps of stairs to descend in going to their beach. They do not have shore lines as what typical beaches have rather they have cemented shore for them to have a shallow part. Children should not be left unattended because only a small portion of their beach are shallow. Their slide is located on a deeper part of the water definitely not recommended for children. They have life guard around the place to watch over their swimmers. They also have a PA system to inform the swimmers and guests regarding boats/ships passing or entering their beach. Cottages are okay. They have a grill area and also they offer overnight stay.

The kids had fun. But my kids doesn't care about anything as long as they see the beach and gets to jump into it. The area is crowded when we visited on a Sunday. But I think this is a good place for private events on a weekday. Overall, it's OK. Not very pricey. We went there for a day use only.

NEVER book in this resort (they don't even deserve to be called a resort or hotel), they have the WORST staff, the WORST service, the WORST beach, the WORST food and no amount of courtesy will be given to you once you step in their facility. All staff are RUDE, they have NO manners, and will ask you for money for every single thing you will ask. They have NO consideration to customers and our stay there this May 2015 is the WORST NIGHTMARE one could ever have. So, take it from us, don't dare even go there! ~Laguna Employees

Customer service is very disappointing.

You have to pay for your shower after swimming in the beach, are you for real?

The front desk and the guards were not accomadating. Seems like they were annoyed serving customers. We were treated like we could not afford to pay.

Look for a better resort aside from this one.
