Modern, fancy hotel located just 500 meters away from the city center. I've been there a lot of times and it never disappoint you. Excellent rooms and bathrooms and great staff. Indeed, as its name promises, pure confort

Review of Hotel Confort

Good location, just a short walk to the old town, as others had mentioned it's a steep hill back but I'm very unfit and managed it. The check in was great and the guy doing it really friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was really nice, compact which I thought was good, some places do it so big and laid out so far you cant find what you want. Also breakfast was a good price. The rooms are nice and comfortable with good mini bar and plenty of sockets to charge your stuff.
A couple of bad points, 1st the hot water was next to useless, I would get it in the shower for maybe 30 seconds then would go cold again. The wifi was good up until my last night when it would not work at all even though I was still connected.
Lastly after eating in restaurant I had to wait 15 minutes before asking for my dessert which had been forgotten, the waiter went and got it and was very apologetic, he was also very friendly.
Also I thought it was odd that a bread roll be brought over that I didnt ask for with no butter so it was dry be charged when I didnt ask for it.
Overall though I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Although not ideally located for the town and on a very busy main road the hotel is comfortable and clean. Had a very large room on the front of the hotel but the noise was acceptable. Good nights sleep was experienced and breakfast (£7) was good with an attentive manager looking after the service and food. Check in was a little laboured but overall the experience was good. Parking can be difficult as very limited space and street parking seems at a premium.
Room tip: Choose a room at back of hotel to avoid possible road noise.

100% happy with hotel room as amazing
Requested room to be suitable for disable bathroom we got a large room with a lounge area balcony huge bathroom with walk in shower
Walk to city centre but taxis are very cheap and easily available
Reception staff really friendly and very helpful
Would highly recommend

The hotel is clean and quiet. It is fairly close to the center, a 10 minutes walk will take you downtown. The way to the center takes you on secondary streets that are really quiet and you can discover the nice architecture of Cluj.
It is also located within walking distance from Belvedere, the highest spot in the city from where you can have a panoramic view.
The breakfast was nice, rather limited in terms of variety but tasty and fresh. The rooms were clean and spacious. The towels and bed sheets were clean and nice smelling.
Room tip: There are both twin and double rooms, make sure you specify which one suits you best.

According to the price, the rooms looks really good and is well lighted... The only inconvenient is that the bathroom is not that clean as it should be and the missing of the slippers and bathrobe....
