The hotel is a perfect base to explore Cluj-Napoca. The room is clean and modern. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. You can choose from 3 different breakfasts every day for the next day. If you are here for 2 or 3 nights, this is great. If you are here longer it might get boring.
I stayed here for just one night, while passing through Cluj. I had stayed here before, about 4 years ago, and was happy to return. Friendly welcome at reception. Room was a little basic, but was comfortable and had a/c, fridge and TV. Nice restaurant in the courtyard. Breakfast was excellent. Reasonably priced. Would stay there again if I was in Cluj.
A basic hotel. My room was on the larger side, with a recently refurbished bathroom. There was a kettle in the room.
Breakfast was ok; a bit confusing, they want you to order the dish and register at a time (the latter probably because of Covid-19) the day before. Mostly the hotel was able to work acordingly, but my last day the person responsible or breakfast was not interested in what we had pre-orded.
Worst food ever, so oily and small sizes, look at the small cup of lemonade, you need 4 of them and it wasn't cheap... The salad wasn't even cut properly,the carbonara pasta also awful no parmezan or the classic carbonara meat, the fried cheese as I said really oily I never paid so much for such low food quality, never ever, and I almost never give reviews but for them I had to...
I've ordered an omlette, I didn't like it (couldn't eat it, for me it seemed undone - maybe it was, maybe not, but this is all about taste) and the chef came to me and said if I ever cook and things like that... DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! This attitude is not ok!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
