Our flight to Israel was canceled due to tragic escalation with Hamas. We have been staying in Platinia for 3 day. Our stay was amazing, with helpful and warm staff and great facilities. Special thanks to Adriane for all the immeasurable help.
Really nice comfortable stay at this hotel welcoming staff and great facilities very clean and excellent location. My only slight negative was that the pillows were so soft and didn’t give a very good night sleep because of this.
I spent a great deal of time at The Hotel Platinia during a business trip and it was fantastic! The rooms are spacious, modern and extremely clean. The hotel staff could not be nicer, they will make sure your stay is very comfortable.
The housekeeping services are unparalleled. I had an unusual over night work schedule and they were able to service my room at odd hours. The breakfast is great, and the waitresses were beyond friendly. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Hotel deserves 5 star the service is some of the best I have had in Cluj wonderful rooms also breakfast is nice also. Can’t really fault the hotel the shower is wonderful also. I would go back if I have any business in Cluj it’s a Greg place to stay
