Super hotel in every way. Nice location and views, clean. Comfortable. Very nice service. Poor breakfast and average restaurant. The stay was very nice. The city itself is not very charming. It is worth getting to know the neighbourhood.
The pillows are the most rigid I've ever come across. It's absolutely impossible to rest on such pillows! We requested the pillows to be changed, but it was impossible!
The breakfast is very poor.
The rooms are very spacious.
The view from the balcony is very beautiful.
Not sure how this hotel is a 5* apart from the fantastic gym.
The rooms are tired and old, the chair in our room was ripped. There aren't even chairs for the balcony. The whole deluxe room needed some love!
Breakfast was pretty disappointing, no live cooking, the same evey day, basic cereals but lacked any decent service or quality. Was no better than a 3* for food.
The staff all seem miserable.
The pool is ok, loads of ants, old sunloungers, tiles missing off the pool but It was good to sunbathe.
The hotel is a good 40 mins walk to the main centre of Cluj. We walked it every day, it's down hill. We even walked back, up hill and sometimes steep but ok if you are able.
Wouldn't return and wouldn't recommend sadly.
We stayed for one night , the last night of Untold, as we were picking up family the day after. The hotel was quiet and I think we weee the only ‘non untolders’ 😂
The hotel is huge an impressive foyer and good welcome. We had a deluxe room which was a great size on the 6th floor with a balcony overlooking cluj.
Having seen some disappointing feedback on the restaurant we were cautious about eating there for dinner but were pleasantly surprised. Service a little slow, but food good and great Romanian wine choice and value for money
Hotel is a little tired and could do with a re fresh but wouldn’t put us off booking again
Very good location, with a splendid view on the city. I stayed only one night. The room was large, clean and comfortable. The staff was nice even though I arrived late and had no reservation. I did not manage to have breakfast, but it looked good with a large variety of choices.
