Clean rooms, comfortable beds, silent AC system whithgood control and Ionela, Rebeca, Vanda, Robert, Maria and Laurentiu were very friendly and delivered high-quality professional services! I highly recommend Hampton by Hilton Cluj!

I travel a lot across Romania and across Europe, but this hotel is really close to my heart! Good breakfast (plenty of choices), nice gym and good location (5-8min by car to reach Downtown) - all in all, a good choice. BUT the most important characteristic (value) of this hotel is the behaviour of the staff: in the reception, I met either Ionela, either Iulia S., room-service - Ana Maria, all of them were very nice, kind and always willing to help. I always think that a good person can give a good value to a specific place and this is really the case.
I fully recommend this hotel!

The best service of any hotel. Ionela, Julia, Vanda, and the rest of the staff working in the lobby and breakfast area. Very very nice people, and amazing human-beings. They deserve massive credit for my amazing time in Cluj. From checking in, to answering all my questions throughout the day, to helping me with any of my needs. Everything.

Our stay was very pleasant - the room was tidy, with a really nice view, the location is very good- 10 min walk to Piața Unirii, breakfast was great, probably the best we have ever experienced - you could have anything from pancakes to sandwiches, cereals, omelette and dairy-free products.
The parking is free which was a great advantage!
Special thanks to Ionela, Rebeka L and Vanda, the ladies from the reception desk and bar, who were always very helpful and kind!

Room was tidy and good, breakfast was fine (especially the coffee was good), Gym was fine for a little workout in the evening, location is very close to The Office, everything what you expect from a Hampton by Hilton!

The treatment of the ladies at the reception desk and at the bar was just great.
They were helpful beyond what I could expect, they provided with mobile phone charger that I had lost, they were so welcoming, gentle, polite and friendly!!! and even bought me a drink!
The place is wonderful, clean, confortable, quiet and very well located.
