The room was small but with a great view and balcony (on the 4th floor). The mattress and pilows seemed rather aged. The room was very noisy in the morning and afternoon, due to the noise made by all the doors in the hotel and the maid office next door. The breakfast was very poor, with a selection of products that didn't look very appetizing. Even the omlette was rather tasteless. The toiletries are rather per request. The maids are more careful with the replacement of products in the minibar (chargeable) instead of adding another shower gel bottle since you get only one for a thee night stay!

Wonderful staff (who spoke perfect English) on the front desk. Nice room, spotlessly clean, all the facilities you could need. Great view of the church and yet quiet, great sound insulation from the windows! Nice breakfast, good coffee, great selection. Good location for wandering around Cluj old town. Very helpfully, it has a small number of underground parking spaces, but book in advance just in case! They even let us leave the car there after checkout until we left Cluj. Next time I'm in Cluj I'll most probably stay here again.

Really nice and friendly hotel in the center of Cluj Napoca.Very nice rooms, friendly staff and excellent location. Only 10 minutes walk to the old town, where there are plenty of nice restaurants. Beautiful view from the hotel rooms to the city center.
