You get to this hotel pay 5600rubals for double room and expect to get something in return, you won't!
It's an ancient soviet hotel, with old style walls and furniture, which would have been okay if it was stylish/spacious/anything other that fit old fashioned places.
The bed was okay, a bit too soft. The shower was okay.
The view is not existent.
Breakfast was small, and not enough for bigger men.
All in all, for about 90$ a night, I'd expect to get way more!
