We asked about the toothpaste and etc for 3 times as there were nothing in the room but nobody helped us . And I have a question-why there is no tea or coffee in a 5 star hotel ( I mean in a room). I love Korston but smth really went wrong with the service .

Was here as a Samara delegation on youth summit - and everything was perfect. Comfortable bed, quiet room (22 floor, under the club, but in my room was absolute silence), tasty breakfast (chose Le buffet - the variety of food was big - from fruits to 'heavy' meat and beans).
Beautifully Christmas decorated hall. The view from the room is great. Korston Kazan has lots of shops and cafes in it, so any time I could find place to eat and drink additional cup of coffee.

Consisting of two towers, one being the five star Royal, one the four star Hotel, this hotel is fully integrated in the Korston mall which does not give you the feeling of a real hotel.
The Royal rooms are spacious and well equipped. The free wireless could be more performant. The Royal tower 12th floor has a swimming pool with sauna and gym.
Breakfast in Le Buffet is rather basic and especially the staff could be more friendly. A smile from time to time would feel you more comfortable.

The hotel is part of a shopping mall and it' s pretty difficult to find the elevators to the rooms. The rooms are pretty old, but teh furniture has been cahnged and renovation in the bathroom done. But still teh shower had some real problems of opening - had to call for help! Though help arrived fast and all other requests were carried out really fast.
